Rooms are spacious and designed. The best part was city view from 23rd floor. House keeping staff Ladda was amazing. Overall staff of this Hotel are well trained. Breakfast was another major reason for me to take this hotel again.

We had a nice evening! Khun Boo, Khun top and Khun O were very accommodating! Always love staying in mercure! Aside from the nice ammenities the staff are always nice😊 We’ve been staying here everytime we visit Bangkok. Especially for Songkran it’s always fun

The city view and room size were adequate, and it was convenient to move because it was close to phrom phong Station, and the shopping mall was also close. The room was clean and comfortable. The elephant towel was so cute~~ Thank you, Laddar ^^
