We had a nice evening! Khun Boo, Khun top and Khun O were very accommodating! Always love staying in mercure! Aside from the nice ammenities the staff are always nice😊 We’ve been staying here everytime we visit Bangkok. Especially for Songkran it’s always fun

The city view and room size were adequate, and it was convenient to move because it was close to phrom phong Station, and the shopping mall was also close. The room was clean and comfortable. The elephant towel was so cute~~ Thank you, Laddar ^^

Our view is that this is two hotels in one, right? Mercure + ibis... both are great value for money being in such a convenient, central location and offering such good service and quality lodging. We've stayed in both over recent years and always enjoyed it; but, frankly, started to veer away from the Mercure side for one simple reason. That is, a personal key concern... the showers. Great showers but the temperature used to vary a lot, from hot to cold to hot again, suddenly, often, dramatically. Interestingly, the showers in ibis rooms have always been terrific. Was it because they are on the lower floors? BUT THE GOOD NEWS: the property managers took on the challenge and it appears after this stay that they have won the war... over a stretch of three days in this particular room, the shower was great!! Aside from this, let's face it: you get what you pay for, right? The stay in the Mercure room was so pleasant with the extra floor space and nicer fit-out. A proper table to use as a desk. Khun Wisut Napsip and Mr Cedrix Cornet deserve full credit for bringing us back around on the shower matter. Interestingly, that in the context of a very constructive response to a concern that we had recently while staying in the ibis. The property is a great place to stay, whichever is your budget... and, hey, if you prefer the ibis price, your room is smaller (but still nice, with great beds and showers) but you're really staying in a Mercure facility! A lovely breakfast buffet and rooftop bar in an ibis hotel... really!
