« Very disappointed »

Not up to the Mecure standard. Took too long to check in. Carpet in room was not vacuumed, it had large prickles in carpet forcing me to wear thongs inside. Toilet seat was broken and looks like it had been so for a long time, no toilet brush, shower walls filthy, bed was so uncomfortable ... Airconditioning was very sub adequate for room and curtains did not completely cover the windows letting in light. I will not be returning and recommending to my colleagues to do same.

Very nice, enjoyed having my bed made up everyday, rooms were lovely and big, great workers and the restaurant food was delicious.

« Disappointing! »

I booked a room with a balcony, so that I could spend time outside as well as inside, but the sliding door to the balcony needed to have the rollers on the door changed. I found it very hard to open and shut the door. I was very annoyed that because the door was hard to shut the air conditioner would not work in the room! I am working in a community where we are shut in after dark and I was looking forward to spending some relaxing time outside, not having to struggle with my room door.

« Everything was good apart from the hotel bathroom »

Within the hotel bathroom, the soap dispenser was broken/damaged with nil attempts at repair being made, despite appearing to be old damage. As a result, one of the occupants of the room actually cut their arm on the broken soap dish. I can provide photos of this as well. It was really disappointing. Otherwise, the room was basic but nice and clean. The restaurant and pool were really good.

I had to change rooms as the aircon was not working. The staff was quick and helpful to change my room. Unfortunately the only room available was one with a disability bathroom. Which was a bit frustrating as I had to hold the detachable shower head every time i took a shower. The rooms were very clean. The food at the hotel were tasty and the service exceptional. My overall experience was great. I will definitely stay there again

Whilst the room and service was good, the food in the restaurant was fantastic. I travel a lot for work and eat at many motel / hotel restaurants, and I must say that the meals I had on both nights were the best I have had for a long time. My compliments to the chefs.

Only issue was the iron needed cleaning otherwise the bed and room were perfect and a great shower. Nice dinner but pricey and no healthy options on room service menu. Really have improved your game and like the good local gift options for the tourists.

« Overall, a pretty good experience. »

The location was good. The only negative thing is that there was no assistance with the luggage and no elevator. Had to put in dumb waiter. The food was good.

Very clean and well presented room - daily service was excellent. Shower pressure was quite bad the hot water comes out far too hot - perhaps turn the thermostat down a little on the hot water system - it could scald someone quite badly.
