It was a great experience all and all. Had a few issues upon arrival with the room and so, but the staff made it up to us big time. (Late check-in, room wasn’t ready for a few hours so they upgraded us to an all inclusive stay) and this alone shows the hotel’s standards :)

« Very good but some easy improvements to be made »

Lovely hotel, wonderful rooms done to a very high spec, great restaraunts but very heavily let down by the breakfast - this was incredibly poor. I booked to stay bed and breakfast and every morning we were very frustrated. The breakfast food quality was excellent, however the service was very poor. We were never offered tea or coffees, and when we asked for it ourselves it never came. The one time it did come I got tea with no milk and no cup! We were sent to a table to be seated with no cutlery and no napkins, it was a very slow and stressful experience. One morning my food actually went cold because I waited for some cutlery for that long.

The start was the hotel reception was great and helpful miss aganem is one of the best and the supervisor of the reception was a great person The room I got was not cleaned well and I didn’t talked to anyone about it but the carpet was not cleaned well there is a lot of hair and dirt also I found somethings under the bed The room cleaning services the have a lot of mistakes like the always forget something one day I didn’t fin the rolled tissues in the restroom and the other day I found bedsheets on the floor and more and more. The pool was the greatest pool ever the service of the pool was the greatest thing ever “John” server and Alex shisha are the best guys. However I got Bacterial infection in my ear from the pool water. The checkout was great Overall experience is 6

« I expected a better experience, similiar to my previous visits »

unsatisfied with the checkin process - the next door construction resulted in blocking sea view rooms on the lower floors, for a hotel receiving returning customers, and especially those checking in late at night, should have a better plan in accommodating them. i had to change 2 rooms during the three day stay. In addition, the cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory.

« Amazing experience. More than I expected. »

Beautiful room with beautiful views. Breakfast and dinner was delicious with plenty of variety and professional staff according to the hotel category. Amazing swimming pool but must say a bit crowded. Overall excellent. PS: I stayed in the 29th floor, my key wasn’t working and I had to go down to reception in my swim suit which was uncomfortable for me. It would be nice if you could put a phone in each floor so I could have call instead.

Me and my wief like rixos hotels so much. However this time we were disppointed. The room is very nice but the almost transparent glass in the bath room was really NOT comfortable for a family. This is something we all agree with in this area. Especially if you have a child with you in the room. An option of moving curtain can solve it. Cleaning room and bathroom should be improved alot. Seeing things from previous visitors like spots, ears stick, small covers of gell bottles (in wash area) make you doubt the type of cleaning they do. Breakfast was good but dinner was a shock. Rixos buffets always are distinguishable but this time was not. It was big, nice looking, different varieties but still missing something. Can't tell exactly. Maybe it was the taste, the spices or way of cooking. We know the Turkish food and this buffet was not. On the other hand, sweet was good. It is nos supprise that on zomato.com the rate of this restaurant dosen't go higher.

I have to commend the presence of management in all facilities through the hotel...from reception to restaurants and they are extremely polite, friendly and helpful. However, the direct staff at reception and the pool restaurant lack customer service skills (NO information was provided at check in regarding breakfast option,timings,.. and half board) when I asked her where is breakfast..she replies: AT THE RESTAURANT! ..... (no comment!) Similar unfriendly experience by one of the waiters at the pool restaurant... But when certain issues were raised to manager on duty they were able to deal with the situation perfectly. It was my husbands birthday and so we were given an upgrade so that was quite rewarding!
