The reception staff were diligent and accomodating in checking us early and swapping one of our breakfasts. The bell boy from Uzbekistan was very friendly and caring, the pool was relaxing and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much. Coffee was excellent!

Rooms Looking Tired For Only a Year Old, cracked tiles and worn out Carpets torn. Reception service great, pool bar service disappointing especially the lady serving. Needs a lesson in customer service and hygiene. The men at pool towel collection point not friendly at all. I tried every day but nothing from them!!!

I liked the hotel .. very comfortable and has an amazing location .. room decoration was really cozy and nice and the view was beautiful my only concern was the check in which is very late at 3 PM .. rather than that .. nothing !

« An unforgettable first stay in Dubai! »

Rixos Premium Dubai hotel has a new and stunning structure, impressive views of pool and beach from the lounge. At our arrival, a misunderstanding at check-in was quickly solved by Manager on Duty. The room had a huge well equipped bathroom with posh toiletries, minibar well stocked with snacks. View on the beach, the palm, and on the Marina was simply amazing. Very spacious room, super comfortable and with all the comforts you need. Excellent selection and variety of food at buffet. Staff welcoming and professional especially Ramu at Housekeeping, Gaurav, Deena, Rhaul at Buffet Restaurant. Thank you staff for making our holiday so unforgettable!

The rooms are spacious and good design, some of the detail finishing was poor quality, but really very nice room. The two restaurants I ate in where also very good food and design, and friendly staff.

We were disappointed with our stay with you. The hotel does not have a welcoming or friendly atmosphere, nothing like we are used to in other Dubai hotels. We requested early check in and were told someone will call us when the room is ready. Nobody did, we had to go by the Reception desk ourselves to find out that the room card had been waiting for us for a while already. The pool experience was very annoying, every day the sunbeds are reserved by towels or signs, even though there are no people. This is not acceptable, we are paying guests and couldn't stay by the pool (had to go all the way to the beach) any of our 3 days. We arrived there at 10am, and nothing was ever available. You should not allow reserving of sunbeds in this manner. People have to be there in person and not just have their towels laying down. The breakfast area is too crowded, and you should try to do something about the crows (birds) that are outside waiting to steal your croissant. We called the room service to request for some ice. Waited for an hour, and nobody showed up. We left to go for dinner and told the Reception the ice wasn't needed anymore, no apologies were given for the long wait. Another time we requested ice it came after 45 minutes. This kind of waiting time is not acceptable. You should put ice machines on the floors if you don't have the staff to fill a simple request like this. The staff at the pool bar are unfriendly and arrogant. Long waiting times, and when we were paying one of the guys asked how much tip we want to leave for him! It's not acceptable to ask for a tip! We do tip, but not when the service is bad. The drinks are very expensive at the bar, which is normal in Dubai, but then you should at least put a little skill and effort into making them. Here they were just dumped into the glasses, not presented nicely. The toilet of the room had a bad smell all the time. Also I find it incredible that a hotel on this level does not offer any complimentary tea and coffee! It's like you want to take every opportunity to charge your guest. I do want to give my compliments to your staff at the Spa. They were very attentive without an exception. I would not recommend your hotel to any of my family or friends.

« Fantastic customer service but expensive »

Lobby, amenities, facilities, rooms etc were all excellent. Customer service at reception and guest services was excellent and above any standard I have come across. Service at breakfast was not great. When you were seated it took ages to find someone to order tea/coffee from. Lots of staff about but they were preoccupied cleaning and not really paying much attn. to guests. Cost of coffee, drinks at the bar and food was very expensive and I cannot understand why this is the case.

« Beautiful hotel, but customer service terrible »

We stayed one week in your hotel and I must say if would be not so much bad experience with your services we would be really happy about our holidays. But with several problems we could not enjoy it how we wanted.. at first we wanted bottle of champagne in room when we will come and we didn't have it, after 3 times asking in reception in 2 days we cancelled and when we came back to the room back we had it there sparkling wine, but this was like a present for apologizing but in the end we had it in the bill for extras for paying, and the worse experience was when we tried explaining that was like a present for us, reception called to the guest relations desk and came woman called Iman and she was speaking to us like we are really stupid persons and like we are lying just to get for free, but when came her boss or colleague who was giving us the bottle for free, the other woman even didn't apologize! In the end we get it coffee for free in lobby for apologies that we have to stay long time and wait for explanation, but was really bad feeling... and on the beginning we even didn't get towels card by check in and after we had to explain that we didn't lose it, because we even didn't get it..and our other problems with service was for example on breakfast, from 6 breakfasts just 2 times came someone ask us for some coffee or tea, on other days we have to ask, and one time we even didn't get what we ordered. We bought in your hotel trips and I know that it's not part of reception but if the woman's from the trips are not there the reception should try to help us and not sit it us and sayings to as to wait and we wait there half hours for nothing and when we go back to the reception other guy sending us to the room because it's not reception problem... I don't know if we had it just bad luck or your hotel it's always like this, but when you meet some employees of your hotel they should minimum says good morning and not that they come to the lift and watching to us like I don't know what... your hotel it's really nice place for stay, but not with service like this.. for 5 star hotels you should have some standards!

« Felt like i was in a party hotel »

The room was lovely very clean and comfortable but you could hear the noise from room next door On friday snd saturday night the mudic from beach party was unacceptable we were on 33rd floor we could hear every word of the music till 1am i had a baby and this was just not acceptable The management of the pool area was shocking as a hotel guest i was unable to get bed by pool twice during visit as it was all about paying for the beds the staff around pool were not friendly and only wanted to deal with high paying guests!!! It was reccommended as a family friendly hotel but i would disagree I would not be reccomending this hotel to anuone

Reservation process is very bad; my reservation was cancelled three day before arrival since a payment was not process; though all my bank details are submitted along with reservation. This costed me a long distance phone call and a two days e-mails followup till I got what is called "The Link". I have not seen this before!!!!!! Very Very Unsatisfied Every thing was in order; excellent receptionist; Especially Mr. Mohamed. Not satisfied with the house keeping due to the following: 1. Cleaning is not proper; trash items are left outside the trash can 2. Bath amenities (shaving kit; Ear buds; soup; ...) were not provided after using the first one 3. Tea & Coffee bags were not refilled after using the original ones 4. Laundry 4.1 Pickup service is very slow; had to call many times; once I called 3 times; second more than 5 times 4.2 I was informed of the free pressing service during checkout when I inquired about the pressing charge is not showing on my bill
