Pleasant stay. Executive lounge staff were excellent. However room temperature was uncomfortable and was rectified with a fan. Complained twice about the fridge not working and this was never fixed. So for the entire stay I had no working fridge.

Hotel breakfast buffet was badly organised (Dec 8). Dishes were not replenished although it was not not end of serving yet. Dirty plates and rubbish were piling up at service areas well within sights of guests who were still eating. I didn't have breakfast there again since.

Nice stay as always, but it’s a problem that we always have to argue about our rooms on 20th floor. We always order rooms on 20th floor, and we always get confirmation that we’ll get rooms on 20th floor. BUT we always have to argue about this in the reception, which definitely is not good enough. This time we again were told no rooms awailable on 20th floor, but after the usual arguing we got our rooms. This you must do better in the future.
