We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, George the concierge was definitely a highlight - A wonderful gentleman who is fabulous at his job. Room was well appointed & walking distance to everything Melbourne has to offer.

there was no water no mil no tea or coffee in room. In toilet there was just 1 hand towel and no bath towels.
