Staff are very accommodating. Front of house very welcoming. Your housekeeping is the part that lets you down. The replenishing of the room is not up to standard. My recent stay I had to ask for the room service notice to come up and they hadn’t replaced one of the used cups, there were others but can’t remember right now.

A LITTLE BIT SCARY AS THERE WAS SOMEONE TRYING TO COME INTO OUR ROOM ONE NIGHT. WE ALSO WAS ASKED TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT WE DID NOT CONSUME.

The hotel itself was good. But they told us breakfast is $25 when it was included and we didn't realise until we got home. Then they charged us for another night, I'm just waiting for the refund. Should never have happened. Not very happy with those issues.

Everything was going well , except the mistakes made for our breakfast. Breakfast order was handed to front desk the day prior yet after 45 mins waiting for it in Morning had to call and they said they didn’t receive menu.. then when finally they brought us a breakfast they forgot one whole set of cutlery. Was cold by the time I got to eat it ... all this on our check out day .

I enjoyed my stay, the staff went out of their way to say hello, everyone very friendly, bar staff were engaging and fun. Everything I needed for my stay. Close to event, restaurants and then breakfast at the Hotel.

Rooms were fitted with everything needed. Onsitecafe and restaurant and delicious food and wine and service. Perfect for undercoverdirect access toconvention and exhibition centre. Big window, a little noisey near freeway for sensitive ears, but clean and perfect for conference.

So we enjoyed everything about our stay. You staff were so amazing it’s a credit to the training. We only had three little things. No conditioner The coffee machine at breakfast was a bit of a wait as there was a queue, and would love bigger take away coffee cups from the reception cafe. Also there was no signage from the car park to say which way to go.

Our stay at Novotel South wharf was for my birthday. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly professional staff. We were given a king room up grade and a token for two free drinks. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a beautiful meal accompanied by our free drinks. On returning to our room we were surprised to find a bottle of red wine, two glasses and a birthday card signed by the reception staff. These are the little extras that make a stay special. Thank you to the lovely staff at Novotel south wharf.

I was very impressed with this hotel. We checked in early our room was ready I spoke to the housekeepers who were cleaning the rooms to get an extra towel for my bestie who was running late. My daughter & I had a hot chocolate while waiting for my bestie. The hotel staff were amazing. I recieved an email from Mandy who upgraded us to a standard 2 bedroom apartment. I thank her so much. The view from our hotel room was awesome. You could see the bay on the right side then M1 with traffic in the middle, Flinders Street Station/Yarra River, Eureka Skydeck & Crown in front of us. Just beautiful!!!!! Our beds were comfy, shower was nice & hot, room was very clean too. I look forward to staying there again.
