The hotel went above and beyond making the room special when I mentioned that I was there for an anniversary. The food at the bar was amazing and the general room settings were better than expected. 10/10 would do again.

I had to ring twice to get towels sent to my room. I also had to ring to get milk for my 'complimentary tea and coffee' in my room. Then realised they gave me one tea bag, one coffee sachet and that was it! My room was left with the heater on before I got there and it was a gorgeous day out so leaving the heater on is ridiculous. The bar was fine and breakfast was good (doesn't actually start at 7 as I had to wait 15 minutes for a member of staff to arrive). Swimming pool was unclean, outdated and not fit for purpose. Not great all in all, much cheaper hotels with better experiences. Or even bettwr, spend £20 more and get a room at the Grove 5 minutes aqa!

I made my booking in February for a family event at your hotel. I gave my card number to reserve my room and also gave a code for a discounted rate I received confirmation of this by email. At the end of April I was emailed to say I had only provisionally booked it and had to give , My card number again. On arriving at reception I was told my discounted rate was not valid even though I was attending a family dinner in a function room. Eventually I was given the discount rate but I was very embarrassed by the queue of about 10 people behind me waiting to check in.

I hate to put negative reviews, but me and my partner were left very disappointed in our stay at Hunton Park. From the moment we walked in, with a tiny reception desk and lack of seating (so left standing around for a while) to being given our key and not actually being told our room number other than 'just down the hallway on the left', which it wasn't. To being put in the smallest shoebox room ive ever seen in a hotel and a room that was not photographed on their website. If we had known this I wouldn't have chosen this hotel. We complained and were moved to a room opposite which was marginally bigger. This one at least had views of the grounds and not a car park from room 1A. The swimming pool was clean, however the walls were covered in black marks and double glazed windows had cracks in between allowing condensation (small issue but not a nice impression). The only restaurant was small, zero ambience with every light on. Only one staff (Samantha, who was the only positive thing about the hotel, she was friendly and helpful doing her best to cater for everyone). The kitchen had run out of quite a lot of food and limited our options. The staff in the hotel lacked experience and didn't seem interested. A member of staff behind the Huntsman bar couldn't even make a cocktail and had to call his manager to assist. I would recommend moving the reception which is the complete opposite end of the building to the car park, which is good when you walk through the grand building, but then having to walk back the same way and being thrown in a shoebox room away from the picturesqueness and grandness promised on the website. Apologies for the long reply but was left severely underwhelmed and will not be returning or recommending. Kind Regards. Ben W.

I was very disappointed with the customer service, the receptionist wasnt very helpful. The room itself was nice and modern however only two tea bags and two sachets of coffee is a little poor. The swimming pool area was a disgrace and nothing like the pictures on your web site, with half the selling missing and generally a uncleanliness feeling to it.

Rooms were small, misleading when described as a double room, and tired-looking. Asked 3 times for an electric heater which never arrived. A/C in room blows only cold air despite a thermostat, confirmed by an employee. No safe in room. Slow booking process-calls never returned when told they would be. Breakfast was excellent and front-of-house staff during check-in/check-out were great.

Hello, I've asked for 2 things: as I've traveled with my children, I would like to have two rooms not too far and I've asked for quiet rooms as possible. At the end, I've two rooms on the same floor but at the opposite (we couldn't be farther). And they give me the other room on the backward close to the A/C machine (I think it was worse than the street noise). The breakfast was good (even if they put all our breakfast on the same room and asked me to pay twice at the end :( Really bad experience.

Room dirty and liar staff

Room hadn't been cleaned properly when we arrived, there was rubbish in the bin from the previous guest in the hotel room. Also when checking in I requested a refund for the breakfast as I had an early morning flight the next day, was told that it would be refunded. Also requested it again when checking out and was told by the staff member that he would leave a note for his manager to refund it. It is now 1 week later and I still haven't received any refund or any communication from the hotel regarding it. Will not use this brand of hotel again

beautiful grounds

me and my partner stayed here after visiting warner brothers studio tour on the 29/04, the grounds were beautiful and luckily we arrived on a pleasant day, the pool was free and very nice, the rooms were not huge but the bed was large and very comfortable. the Tvs in the room would benefit from an upgrade as they were about 27" and easily 10 years old but thats a minor thing. Breakfast was probably one of the best tasting iv had in all my hotel stayed and the room itself was very well priced. young lad at reception was very helpful, went over and above when i needed assistance regarding a tech matter and was very polite. 10/10, plan to stay here again in a couple of years when we bring the children to see the WB Tour
