I changed my rating for the following reasons 1) Lack of coordination between the staff - I sought an check out extension timing from the staff working in the night duty and confirmed to check out 4 PM the next day but the staff who were on duty the next day started calling over phone and keep on asking the question "when you will check out" this irritated us badly 2) No happy staff at the reception area or never seen Greeting a customers, always a sober face. 3) The room I was given had a failed sensor card reader and the bathroom door was not closing properly although didn't make a issue but still failed to impress the First time as First impression is the best impression. Rest all is Okay.

it was a lovely staycation. Though the water pressure in the shower room was discomforting, the warm hospitality by the staff complemented it. I would specifically like to mention thank you to Nour, Anne and Anusha for not just being professional but also affectionate.

Its very clean and satisfaction room there was i stay i like it and come againe to the same hotel but there is one thing if add plz provide tissue insdie the room and if there is extra shoes for temporary using like going bath to use it other is nice 100% ok but this two thing adding.

I liked the hotel but on Booking.com it shows indoor pool where it did not had any pool.

Wasn’t aware there’s no porter to help with bags, this was never mentioned on Booking.com. Booking.com also states each room has a bath and shower — but my room has only a shower. Water in the bathroom isn’t very warm, which is annoying. WiFi keeps cutting out and is a bit slow. On the plus side, the decor is nice and modern in the hotel, and most reception staff are nice and helpful.
