Its a very good property but there is no concierge service . I had too many luggage in my car and when i asked for assistance they asked me to come down to reception and take luggage trolley and get my luggage from the car . Like a bellboy i took the big trolley myself and got my luggage . Being a girl alone it was very difficult for me to do it alone . In other hand its not gud to ask a guest to do bellboy service by yourself.

I went to hotel at 1pm the receptionist women said that they start at checking in process at 2pm. Then I came at 2. It took 45 mins for me to complete the process. i reached at my room by 3. Other than this there was a door that was closed from both sides but was slightly audible of the other rooms guests voices. Room was small but nice. Many facilities are near. Like gas station, hospital, food courts etc.

poor housekeeping

Housekeeping staff on 10th floor is not changing bed linens even though it was badly stained with food and dirt, called receptionist but no action at all. Maybe not changing linens was the reason of making our skin itchy, felt like something crawling on our skin. Housekeeping staff didn't know how to vacuum the floor properly. And there was one time, we left the room early at 6am, when we came back at 5pm, the room was still uncleaned, we had to call the receptionist and waited. Apart from this everything was ok, family room is spacious. Kindly reinforce to your housekeeping staff the proper way of cleaning.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Anne at the front desk is spectacular. Everyone speaks English. A Costa Coffee is downstairs (and perhaps the only establishment open during Friday prayers). The hotel is on the same street as a very clean and modern McDonald’s (try the karak chai and veggie burger), and several Indian/Pakistani restaurants are nearby. You are also a few minutes walk from the Blue Souk, known for sales of gold jewelry. I would stay here again. (October 2019)

Cleanliness i will give 10/10 but When i checkedin in room i feel that some smoke smell and ac also off . Room was top class but no perfect view . I will be back again in this month for couple of days i I think this time i will get good room with view and front office team also doing great job
