It was fair , unfortunately you ran out of gas for the lager ....then ran out of bottled beer ? Morning after , ran out of tea bags ? Was stocktaking not checked upon on ? One coffee machine was broken ? It was extremely hard to pay our bar bill at night ? Why ? Plus side , extremely clean and comfortable. I don’t know if you didn’t realise that there was a race meeting taking place at Longchamp ? Quite a few British stayed there last weekend. Breakfast there wasn’t much variation, however it didn’t cause us any real problem. But we did inform the hotel on booking that my Sister was allergic to eggs , soya , Brazil nuts , plus an IBS problem . But the Staff never mentioned it to us .

The process of booking was straightforward, the staff pleasant and eager to help. The only reason this did not score a 10 is the issue we had with the temperature in the room, the system kept reverting back to a lower setting which left the room too cold at night.

A nice hotel with a helpful staff, but they were not able to fix an awful smell of sewage from the bathroom, despite repeated complaints over 3 days. It is not acceptable when you pay 249 euro a night.

I stayed in rm605 where the curtain rail was not fixed to the ceiling. You could see it very clearly when the curtains were open. Why this wasn’t dealt with before I checked in baffled me. I reported it twice to reception once on the 1st evening of my stay and again next morning. It wasn’t fixed on my return that evening. The next room #303 has a shower door that doesn’t close properly. I didn’t tell your staff. Housekeeping should realise there is a problem because of the water on the bathroom floor but again nothing has been done. The bathrooms in both rooms smelled faintly musty. Maybe there is a problem with the extractor fans. The bathroom fan in RM 303 looked like it n. cleaned. So far you have gotten by as you are a newly opened property. Soon the wear and tear will start to be visible and if your housekeeping team do not identify this and bring it to the attention of those who can correct this your hotel will not survive.

Friendly staff, bed comfortable, thank you for welcome water bottle, breakfast is fine but crowded even during low traffic hours. A few negative points: - my boyfriend arrived and asked for a key to my room. The receptionist asked him my room number but my boyfriend did not know. He simply showed his ID card and the receptionist gave him a key, without calling me in the room to check if I was expecting a visitor, nor did he make a copy of the ID. - the elevator was a bit small and only one was working, clearly overused

« Lovely hotel and staff, spoiled by rude man co-working at the hotel »

Friends and family stayed at hotel from UK to celebrate my wife's birthday. A small group of us met in the lounge area after 5.30pm for drinks and were talking and laughing, but not loudly; just excited to see each other as would be expected. We were asked to be quiet by a man 'co-working' as he could not concentrate. This was quire embarrassing as we had no idea that it was a work area and this took precedence over guests. We moved to a semi-enclosed area, but did not feel welcome. Otherwise, the staff at the hotel were helpful and courteous, the room was well designed with pleasant décor, breakfast was superb.

I really enjoyed my stay. Although the rooms are small, they are really all you need if you are traveling solo. The hotel staff was fantastic and always very helpful. Housekeeping did a wonderful job every day.

« Good service, nice hotel, small rooms »

The staff was always available and helped us where possible. We had communicating rooms for us and our 2 little girls. This was really useful. The breakfast and the quality of the rooms were great. The rooms was too small, a baby cod was not really possible unless you would block an exit door, neither was there any space to open your luggage. The family offer including communicating rooms the breakfast and the 50% on the the second room for the kids is good. We will in the future come back to the Ibis Styles hotels.

My stay was excellent and the staff made it more welcoming. They got us checked in early than scheduled time and they know local shops to visit. More options in breakfast would have been better... bu overall it was great.
