The location is apt for me as I was looking for Rolland Garros. Though I don’t know how the cost is in Paris. It could be 10€ less in comparison to the room size. Or increase some facilities(Have small closet, refrigerator etc)

« i am happy with my choice - stylish but a little un-warm. »

We came to see the tennis match in Roland Garros. The hotel location was very good. The hotel was as I've seen from the picture very stylish and nice. It is also nice that the hotel arrow us to bring our dog. We did not get our room cleaned during our stay since we had to leave him in the room. It had been nicer if we could ask to clean our room while we take our dog out for walking or during breakfast. One thing i found that the breakfast staff are not so efficient and we kind of felt ignored when we sat the uncleaned table. We anyway put dishes to table next but the table was never cleaned. No one care about water level of the egg boiler. The coffee machine waste and adding coffee bean etc. was just cared when it make errors. I also did not find the receptionist nice-maybe i do not speak French is the problem..... However we liked very much our 3 days stay in your hotel and would like to come back next time when we are in Paris.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It has an excellent location - close to metro Porte de Saint Cloud and many buss lines. Breakfast was good as you can expect from Ibis Styles. Wi-Fi was functioning well, equipment of the room was quite good. The only concern which I had was about the bathroom. It is open one and it is not so convenient when you stay in the room with someone else. it would be nice to mention that in the room's description.

I have only positive things to say about my stay in Paris with Ibis! The hotel is very new, clean and modern in style. The staff is very friendly and professional. I was very impressed by the breakfast— It is a buffet style breakfast that offers croissants, chocolate croissants, French cheese, deli, bread, juice/coffee and plenty mor! The area is calm and very close by to the metro station. I recommend anyone visiting Paris to stay here. :)

« Financial mistake by staff »

The night we arrived at 22:00, the reception told us we didn’t pay the bill fully .?! How’s that financially possible ? Can we just simply tell the ibis website to pay only partially ?? I used my reward points and I knew they named a financial mistake. But the reception still gave me the bill . We were so tired at this moment and decided to take the bill and went back in the room. And then the room was cold as a fridge and not possible to change turn off the AC. The other room was also problematic with the bath, as the water didn’t go away in the stand-in shower . Luckily we insisted on changing the rooms. But it took half an hour more to discuss the issues and bring back and forth the keys.. The last day of our stay , the reception manager found out it was a mistake. Our bill was fully paid

I reserved for friday night and monday night so once there i paid for friday night but there was no reservation for mond the guy at the frint desk said if u want mond night u have to pay 3 times more i got upset and left but a lady sent email that she repaired the mistake but it was too late

Our stay was very short but nonetheless pleasant. The hotel staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and we heard absolutely no noise although we were on the main street side. The lounge and reception areas are very attractive, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was amazing, with a fantastic choice for all tastes. The negative point if I may say is the shabbiness of the corridors leading to the rooms. It looks like the hotel has been opened for years and not like a place which has opened 2 months ago. Also we only had one bath towel for 2. We mentioned it to the receptionist who was most apologetic so not a big issue.
