Fifth time back at the Inglis. Looked after with an upgrade which was appreciated. First time we encountered noisy neighbouring guests though ..disappointing as the noise was well outside acceptable hours.

For example. 2 people in a room and one small bottle of water. Also the shower facilities. I was with my wife. And when she showered there Is no privacy in the bathroom. Not even a curtain for her privacy. And when using the toilet again no privacy. All noises smells are heard. Not impressed

The food was expensive for what it was and the variety was a bit limited. The pillows were really hard too and I ended up rolling the only dry towel under my neck as a pillow so I slept really badly. Quite disappointed overall.

It was very cosy and clean.

Money taken from my room, suitcase rummaged through in my absence. Money taken from bedside table, housekeeping admitted taking my money and assumed it was a tip. Very very dissapointing. Was told by management that under no circumstances is anything to be taken from guests rooms without their permission, so in my opinion is no different to theft. Head of housekeeping seemed more interested in telling me how great of an employee this person is instead of addressing my grievances that he has helped himself to my possessions. Now it wasnt a huge amount of money, but should that matter? Where do you draw the line as to what is acceptable? Assuming that money a guest has left in their rooms, which should be their sanctuary while they're away, is just completely unacceptable. Has now been 4 days since I spoke to anyone with no one informing me of any outcomes. I am extremely disappointed and a little uneasy as I am expected to stay there for another week at the beginning of November. Also, I think that asking me to do a survey instead of sparing 5 minutes of your time to call me is also dissapointing.

It was really nice. Beautiful place. The only thing is when we checked in our room was not ready, we were put in another room. I ordered a king room but our new room were 2 singles put together.

Rooms where lovely however the meeting room was average. TV screen to small to be seen. Various staff coming in using the kitchen facilities whilst meetign were on.

After the long drive from Canberra we received a warm welcome at reception. Booking in was quick and easy. Noticing we had several pieces of luggage, the receptionist had a carryall brought across. This was taken up to our room and at our door within less than two minutes. We enjoyed the swimming pool, and the view over the racecourse and had a great sleep. The breakfast and staff service at it was exemplary. The location is very convenient to our company, but still not too far to get into the city or surrounds. This is the second time we've stayed here and we'll happily return.

From the moment you arrive to the welcoming reception staff through to the absolutely fabulous breakfast staff who made you feel welcome and genuinely wanting to ensure we were looked after. The rooms are beautiful and being able to overlook the racecourse and see the horses training in the morning added something extra special. Although there were three events on downstairs during our 6 night stay you barely heard a thing, we were so surprised how quiet the hotel was. Highly recommend.

We were pleasantly suprised to find a well appointed establishment in an area such as Warwick Farm. The rooms although not super spacious are ample for a couple. Interiors are extremely clean and modern. Although it is very apparent that it is situated at a race course, it is an interesting twist to have the rooms named after race horses and provide facts on them.

It was lovely we attended a wedding there and had a great time maybe some instant coffee in the room and hot chocolate dont think I have ever not had that in a hotel the mimni bar was quite boring and the snacks were not there either the bed was lovely staff amazing the pre drinks at the wedding and canapés were quite disappointing we didnt see any canapés but the hotel is definitely a revisit hopefully when the races are on thankyou.

Late check out wasn't handled well. I was given 1pm late check out, and then changed to 2pm and been told this is the latest the hotel can provide with cold attitude. I am also a Diamond member with another hotel group which they can accomodate much better for late check out request. My experience with other Accor hotels property with late checkout were a lot better and the staff responding to my late check out had been more friendly. In The Willism Inglis, I feel the staff was cold and make me feel begging for the late checkout. You may have a policy for late check out for general hotel guest. However the staff handling this should have check the guest profile. This is the worst experience I had with Accor property in late check out request. It’s not about the late check out time, it’s about the staff attitude towards guest. I hope the hotel general manager or the Accor senior management can follow and review the procedure.
