Although our room was a non-cancellable, non-transferable booking, Accor did permit us to postpone a week when Race Meeting was transferred to Randwick and our Horse not going to warwick Farm - this was appreciated. Hotel exceeded our expectations including great staff.

We stayed with you as part of a large wedding group over the weekend of 12 January. I do a lot of Corporate Events for work so was keen to see the place. I thought the execution of the wedding and all of the catering was very good. There was plenty to eat and it was all very tasty and good quality. The bar service with spirits experienced a mid event miscommunication, shutting down without checking whether the bride or groom wanted to add more $$ to the bar. The AV and sound in the barn needs some serious attention - no one could hear the speeches for the wedding. Our hotel room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Great bed (we found the pillows a bit uncomfortable) and the shower was excellent. Mini bar was small but sufficient. The reception area was lovely and the staff and checkin process very efficient. We thought breakfast was understaffed significantly and that the standard was fairly average - eggs overcooked, the girl on coffee doing her absolutely best but unable to keep up with demand. Some work required here. Suggest keeping the whiskey bar open and serviced later when you have large groups onsite.

I will pass on the feedback about the breakfast and closing of the whiskey bar early to our Beverage Manager and I can guarantee you this will be looked into. Working in front office I will share your positive experience with the staff especially the team member who checked you in. We also have pillow menus placed in the room. If at anytime you feel the pillow is not right you can call douwn to our 24 hour reception to have a new pillow sent up. I was upgraded to a corner suite. The rooms are massive with separate living space, and large bathroom. The bedroom is on the corner of the building, and the windows look out over the racecourse. A gorgeous room - I didn't want to leave in the morning.

« A surprise package »

We stayed at the William Inglis Mcgallery for one night. Booked due to its proximity to a funeral that I was attending. I knew that Warwick farm was a significant race course in Sydney, but the hotel is new, large, beautifully appointed in the theme if horse racing. The food and beverage was terrific. My steak melted like butter. The views from the rooms overlooking the track were beautiful, I would have loved to wa der throug the stables. They have a huge ballroom, suitable for 600 pax. I'm an event manager and will definitely consider this hotel for an event in the future. A real find in Sydney if you are happy not to stay right in the heart of the city.

Gorgeous surroundings & facilities. Excellent service. The only suggestion I would make would be to advertise the choice of pillows more actively. I only read the Sleep Menu the morning after and would have much preferred one of the alternative pillow types. Otherwise, very impressed with the quality of the revamped racecourse. Restaurant was lovely too - mosquitoes were a distraction but food was delicious and service was excellent.

Lovely establishment with lots of horse related touches. Dinner in the Newmarket Room was beautiful and the highlight of our visit. We were looking forward to relaxing in the rooftop pool but mother nature had other plans. 5mins after checking in at 2pm, a huge storm settled in for the D.. Only disappointment was the Heroic cafe not being open to enjoy a barista coffee.

We booked the hotel as there was a race meeting at Warwick Farm .The meeting was cancelled and moved to Randwick even though we had paid with no refund or cancellation after a phone call to the hotel I was offered to move our booking to the next race day .We decided to go .We are so glad it is a brilliant hotel .Wonderful staff interesting surrounds and the restaurant is so good.

The hotel and it's facilities are fantastic. Breakfast was very nice. I only have two complaints. First, we stayed because we wanted to attend the races. When the races were moved to Randwick due to heat, we thought that the hotel would provide a complimentary shuttle bus. Ubers cost us nearly $200. Second, please stock your bar with Corona.

Based on 5 star ranking hotel did not meet expectations. Reception unmanned when we arrived, albeit it was 10:00pm on a Saturday. Waited 5 minutes for someone to arrive. Room whilst comfortable was not at 5 star standard. Bar area noisy as a result of the soundtrack to action movie playing on large screen TV. Request to turn down did not make a significant difference. Breakfast whilst of good quality did not meet expected standards of service. No explanation of what could be ordered from the kitchen as opposed to buffet offering.
