For some unknown reason I was charged the princely sum of $1 .If it was necessary to charge me this amount then why not credit me for $2 for the breakfast I did not avail myself of. No fault of yours but I didn't have time.

We had another wonderful two night stay at your incredible hotel. The staff at reception are amazing. They totally welcome you to their hotel and you really feel at ease from the moment you walk through the door. It is a beautiful hotel. The gardens, the rooms and the restaurant and restaurant staff are simply outstanding. We stay at your hotel every three months for two nights. We always look forward to returning.

My stay was and has always been comfortable in the rooms allocated, most stays are generally 2-3 nights usually on my own ,on each occasion I have friends come to the hotel restaurant for dinner and a few drinks at a cost of between $150-$400 each night, what I found most disappointing was when my wife made the booking she asked if breakfast could be included as I’m a loyal customer and on my own ,she was told no and breakfast was $30 odd dollars extra , if two pieces of toast with jam at a cost of $1 or less was going to keep loyal customers happy I’d be handing over a loaf of bread with avocados so I would be certain the customers would come back and spend upwards of $1500 each time. Hopefully next time I make a booking a breakfast thrown in as a good will gesture for a loyal customer to indicate your appreciation would be most welcomed.

Alternatively, we have the Heroic Cafe on the Ground Floor open from 7:00am on weekdays for lighter breakfast items and coffees for your convenience. Everything was to an excellent standard except for tv reception in the room which kept cutting in and out.

Check in was easy, price was very good, rooms were in top condition, everything worked, staff were great. No issues with the experience. However, the breakfast food at the buffet was seriously bad. After 6 years of boarding school, I know what bad food is, but this was worse. Eggs were inedible, sausages were dry and bland (not sure how you f*** up sausages, but these were worse than the cheap Woolies / Coles snags), bacon was like rubber. Not good for the price ($35), especially when you can go to a coffee shop and get a decent bacon and egg roll for less than $10.

A+ staff. However, the room was too dark (too dimly lit). It was hard to do work and to put on makeup. Breakfast buffet was very basic.
