Poorly treated by wait staff and over priced drinks

The wait staff we had at dinner were rude towards people at my table. When asked about vegetarian meal, my colleague copped a mouthful. When another colleague asked about a non-dairy desert, she copped that the chef would have to come back to do it. Both these meals had been prearranged. The drinks at the bar. WOW! $6.00 for a 330ml coke - same price as room service or from the fridge in the room. Disappointing for a really well appointed hotel.

My husband and I stayed for two nights and it was fantastic as usual. We stay here every three months for two nights and cannot fault the amazing staff, the restaurant and the rooms. It really is a five star venue and a hidden jewel in Sydney’s west.

The hotel was clean and modern. Lots of light too. The staff were fabulous. I ordered coffee at breakfast one day and the next day the waitress knew how I had my coffee. That was amazing.
