« My overnight stay provided me a chance to relax and get a good night's sleep. »

Staff were very helpful. My card wouldn't work in the lift, but I was quickly escorted to my room and had no further issues. The bed was comfortable, shower was hot and the room was quiet. Breakfast was excellent and coffee good. You don't need anything more than that when travelling.

Overall it was great but, for two people 1 tiny cake of soap was a joke. We did ask for more and that was fine

It was great. Some perks were missing (which I see more as essentials). Otherwise great. The essentials I see are hand towels, showercap. Otherwise great and affordable.

The parking at the front of the hotel was a little too cramped and could have caused issues. Ultimately it did not, but there was no apparent organisation or guidance in the drop-off zone. The reception staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient, and explained everything I needed to know. I was disappointed that while I had indicated that I required a car park , I had to use an external car park. As the weather was good it was not too much of an issue and that car park was easy to use. Poor weather would have had me a little upset. As it was the time taken to take my car to the carpark delayed me in getting to a function. I suggest some sort of car park booking function on the website. The room was clean and tidy. The shower needs somewhere to hang a towel for easy access after the shower. As I could not work out the likely cost of a breakfast I did not use the downstairs breakfast area and went elsewhere ( a little more information may have changed my mind - so long as the price was right.) Overall an enjoyable and short stay.

Reception were good, room was small but very clean and comfortable. bed and pillows very good. Only thing we did not like was being woken up at 5.50am by the Laundry truck underneath our window and the racket that was made unloading and loading the laundry. It was very loud and it annoyed other people as well

Loved the Bao buns in the restaurant. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Only negative is the lack of parking in the hotel.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom were very good but our experience of eating in the hotel restaurant was poor with dishes coming out whenever the kitchen thought was best and not when we wanted them one of our party had had his starter by the time the rest of the main courses were delivered!

I loved the hotel but couldn’t help being disappointed in the room we were given as we were looking out onto a building, I said to my husband this must be the worst view in the whole hotel, I thought as we were there for a week I would have been given a view but apart from that the staff were lovely and the restaurant breakfast was faultless and we dined there one night and couldn’t speak more highly of the Asian food, I can say it was without doubt the best I have ever experienced anywhere, I just wish I’d dined there at the start of my holiday as I would have had dinner there more often. I would have given a 10 if not for the view. In closing I will say the location was good being close to Salamanca, also very clean.
