Great staff. We had two rooms to combine my conference trip with a family holiday. Unfortunately I did not realize that breakfast was included in the package therefore the other members of the party paid on a daily basis for this.

I stay at this hotel because of the staff, the facilities, the location and the food at Mr Goodguy. The staff are extremely friendly and so helpful yet always professional. The rooms are very well appointed and the beds are so comfy. The gym, sauna and the pool are a fantastic added bonus. Located a short walk to all the restaurants in Salamanca. Onsite parking is so convenient or there is secure offsite parking a short walk away.

Well greeted at the front desk on checking in, the room was comfortable and extremely clean. The only downer was that we went into the cafe in the morning only wanting a quick coffee and something small to eat as we had to be somewhere , the waiting staff told us that only continental or buffet breakfast was available. Maybe you could provide coffee or pastries if guest need to be on the go . At a few hotels that I’ve stayed before provide this service.

I confused matters because I made 3 consecutive bookings as my plans evolved. This caused some confusion on arrival and meant I had to have my room cards recoded twice and a third time to park a car in the building. This seemed strange as I stayed in the same room. It must have been a system issue. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room had what I needed and was replenished well. The location was good.

Our stay started with a very warm welcome and very helpful service at check in. The hotel is more like a Novotel than what some might consider an ibis Styles. The room was nice, probably a little smaller than a Novotel but different in no other way we could see. The shower was fantastic with the best water pressure I think I have had any where through the rainfall head or the hand held spray arm. Good size TV and fast internet. Restaurant was very nice as well with the staff (once again) being excellent.

All staff were excellent and very helpful. Room was adequate but average. I booked (and paid full price) for the room that I wanted many weeks ahead of time. I confirmed my reservation with my credit card. When I arrived, the hotel had given my room away and offered me a lesser room. They offered to subtract the $ difference. This situation was completely inadequate. If I had wanted to lesser room I would have booked it or world have chosen a different hotel. Refunding some $ in no way makes up for a lesser room.

Didn't have my booking and the smallest room ever!

My booking wasn't in the system. Somehow they found me a room, however then expected me to walk around the streets in the dark to a carpark. When I got to the room, it was the smallest I've seen in quite some time. I will NOT stay again.
