Was surpised when I was questioned by reception as I have booked a twin room for my family of 4 which comprises of 2 adults and 2 children where my 2 children will share the same beds. She said my booking was illegal but i understand from the booking conditions that children stay for free if share the same bed. Didnt had a welcoming feel at checkin. Otherwise, the stay was good. Cleaniness can be better.

« Terrible facility maintain »

First night stay, a stopped bath drain and a broken hairdryer made us can't take a bath from a city tour with a dirty body, report to front desk said need fix at second day. At second day, the hairdryer still not working and front desk told me need 10 days to get fix, my goodness, we stay only 4 days, the air conditioner full with dust and very noise and low fan. I need to stand at front desk at second day, and wait they bring me a hairdryer. Never stay a hotel like this one with broken facility, and no way to get fix at first time, it looks no one to maintain the room. Very disappoint for the stay and may not going to stay again next time.

It was OK. Nothing exceptional. I booked two rooms but when I got there the receptionist had said that one of the two rooms had been sold and they didn’t have a spare room. NOT ACCEPTABLE

We are guests of this hotel for the third time this month. First time from 4 to 5 we had a small room at a price of €122.30 a night. The second time from 5 to 15 a large room as a request at an average price of €160.70 per night. For today our company booked a big room for one night at a price of €182.65 and you hosted us in a small room identical to the first time for which we paid 122.30. I would understand why today a small room costs more than a big one. I would specify that upon check-in we asked if the room is large and we were told that all rooms are the same. Thank you

It was very bad, I been there with my wife for 3days the first day they give me very small room123 and hot, when I ask about air condition they told me no working, and no remot control, 2day and third they give me other room on 7floor room 731 it was ok the room, but the bed very bad and pain full back

lift not working need to carry 2 big luggages to the 2nd floor . the room location unsafe / hazard prone due to very close to stairs . The room is very small for 3 people ( 1 double and 1 twin ) no space to move . should be better to put only double or queen bed for that size of room

One night when we got home the fire alarm was going off in the entire hotel and for some reason we were kept outside the door in the rain. The receptionist was gone for about 10 minutes and when we were finally let in the fire alarm kept going. It wasn't until about 5 minutes later it was turned off.

The hotel is located right beside Gare D'lest station, very convenient for commuting. Lots of restaurant nearby. Rooms are small but well appointed. The front desk service was amazing. Price is little bit high. Excellent wifi in the room. Very clean hotel with all non smoking rooms. Highly recommend for stay with children.

« Tired rooms & trapped in elevator »

Overall I was very disappointed in the hotel, it does not compare the the other Ibis locations that I’ve stayed at in Epernay and Strasbourg. The room was very old, run down, and the bathroom & vents were dirty. The hair dryer did not work and the staff would not let us sit in the table area after breakfast because it “had just been cleaned”. On our way out we got stuck in the elevator because the doors wouldn’t open and almost missed our train. Very disappointed in this location.
