too small hotel, too small elevator, only 1 person and 1 bag can be in elevator. if there is an emergancy situation, what will happen? very interesting hotel. i'm sorry ibis 10eme, but this is true. servis and people are so good but the hotel's anatomy very bad.

nice staff but a real let down for an Ibis - I stay at Ibis a lot for work and never experienced one like this: with a dirty floor, a missing bedside table, and the cheapest toilet paper ever. My advice, go for a different Ibis nearby - Paris is hideously expensive and they are (usually) great!

The stay at the hotel was the worst in 4 years of staying at your establishments. I am a platinum member and this hotel room, service and working amenities in the room were terrible. The Staff did not know who/where/how to address issue's. Secondly I am baffled at why I had to use 6000 points to book this kind of hotel ... very very disappointing stay overall ...

I was traveling to another city when my connecting bus was cancelled. Long story short, I walked into the first hotel I saw because it was very late and needed a place to spend the night. Upon arriving, the reception desk was empty, but then a man came to help me about a minute later. He and his colleague took quite a while to find me a spare room. They finally found me a spare room, however, they sent me to the wrong direction of the hotel and I got lost. Then, when I finally found the right room, it turned out to be occupied. They gave me a free breakfast voucher as an apology and finally gave me a spare room. The room itself was nice and clean, but nothing impressive about it. I appreciated the free breakfast. However, the staff did not keep up with having clean dishes and silverware available- other people and myself had to wait minutes for more dishes to be available. The food itself was also not impressive, just some yogurt, apple sauce and breads. The only plus side was that it was a 3 minute walk to the train station. However, I have stayed in nicer hotels for way less. This hotel is definitely over-priced. Although it took like half an hour from the moment I got there til I received a room, I still appreciate the help I received when I needed a room at midnight.

The rooms were cramped and there was hardly any room to even open our suitcases forget moving freely. Secondly, while there was a lift, luggage had to be shifted through 2 doors (maybe a building extension) which was again very narrow making live difficult for us. The receptionists were not helpful either who did not even smile at us when we greeted them or approached them. Also no points for guessing but there wasn't anyone to help us a little with a luggage either. Apart from this, when we entered our room, there was a big baby crib in the middle of the room. I don't know how they assumed that there was a baby travelling as I had specifically mentioned only 3 adults while booking as well as checking in. Imagine what would have been the room would have been reduced to. Breakfast also very average. Would definitely recommend a family or anyone with some luggage (3 suitcases).

I left the hotel with 17 bites all over my body because the room was Infested with bed bugs. We collected the bugs we found and took them to the reception! The room was absolutely filthy!

Room difficult to get to. Many stairs, dinky elevator, beds slipping off on floor . We fell on the floor.

The staff was helpful and friendly We are elderly and fit, but this was beyond our ability. Crossing an alley then lugging suitcases to elevator that could barely hold two people .That was difficult but then the small room and inferior beds made it a trip of great inconvenience. We had just stayed in an Ibis Styles in London and it was a pleasant experience. So why the difference.

Excellent staff, very convenient to Gare de L'Est as it's basically across the street but over on the next block, and our room was fairly good and a reasonable size. There was a lot of noise out on the street at night. When you close the windows it cuts down on the noise quite a bit, but you can still hear noise outside and it went well into the night. The room got quite hot so it was a choice each night between window open and really loud noise, or window shut and some noise. The lift is tiny, I would say 3 people at a time or one person with luggage will fit, but there are stairs right beside so unless you have luggage it's easier to take the stairs.

I showed up very early hoping to simply leave my bags in the luggage room until check in time but was checked in straight away by an extremely pleasant receprionist. This allowed me to take a shower after travelling overnight from South East Asia, as well as connect to the knternet in order to plan out how to make the most of my day in Paris. Furthermore, the courtyard view with a big enough balcony space to sit on was a great bonus. The room standards were perfectly up to what I am used to with Ibis hotels.
