bed was very uncomfortable, there was what looked like a large cushion rather than a mattress. Room was not cleaned thoroughly, had hairs on the armchair and in the bedroom including on the towels!

Arrived around 20:00h and already by the check-in the experience was not good. The reservation for the 3 rooms were prepaid and normally by other Ibis everything is already prepared. This time it wasn't and even worse, I didn't receive the drink voucher, benefit for Le Club members (silver+). When I asked for it presenting my card, the guy at the reception informed us that he normally receives from his superior a remark and for our case/reservation, there wasn't this information and he could't do anything about it, it doesn't matter if I had the benefit or not. I should speak with someone else in the next morning. The room was relative small, acceptable for Paris, and the shower was not good, it was unable to hold the temperature and it was a mix of cold/hot water. Cleanliness could be improved and breakfast was ok for the price. Another positive aspect are the automatic curtains. I'm not willing to stay there anymore due to the bad service experience I had.

We stayed here because it was close to Gare de L'est where we arrived and left from Paris. We've stayed at other Ibis hotels in Europe and had great breakfasts. Here the breakfast room was a disaster. The coffee machine was filthy dirty, one morning there was no cutlery( we actually saw another guest take the spoon out of the jam jar to stir her coffee with put it in her mouth, then put it back in the jam jar), other mornings there may be 3-4 pieces of cutlery. The breakfast selections were always picked over with only a couple of each item available and much of what was there was old and stale. We know the same toaster bread was put out 3 days in a row(it was so dry and curled up it was inedible). The jam jars were mostly always empty. One day we did see the breakfast attendant replace them but he took the dirty, sticky spoons out of the empty jars and put them straight into the new jars. There was some dirty looking paper bags with dried fruit and seed assortments in them in the 5 days we were there the seed bag had no more than 2 teaspoons of seeds in the bottom (god only knows how long they'd been there for). We took the safest option each morning (a cup of tea and a croissant). Definitely no health and safety checks at this hotel.

The hotel is well located in a quiet side street near the Gare de l Est, surrounded by by numerous bars and restaurants. The room I stayed in was surprisingly large for Parisian standards. Metro and buses are available within 100 meters.

The rooms and bathrooms were small and one of the bathrooms broke the door and did not close and issued an unpleasant smell The hotel consisted of a new place and an old place and we were given rooms in the old hotel The elevator is too small for only one person I stayed in IBIS before but this hotel in general was less than expected and I wasn't happy

I stayed at the hotel ahead of my participation at the EcoTrail de Paris on Saturday, and had a very pleasant experience. I needed a good Wi-Fi connection to be able to work from my room all day on Friday, and cannot fault the connection, it was perfect. The staff was lovely and always happy to help, both at reception and breakfast. A big thank you to the team for their kindness. The bedroom was all I needed, enough space to store my belongings, with the surprise of a very powerful shower! I will return if I come back to Paris

The hotel was basic but clean and very well-situated for getting around Paris. We asked for a room with a view, and were given a room on the top floor at the back of the hotel. The lift was absolutely tiny and definitely needed upgrading, but the room did indeed have a view over the roofs of Paris and the Sacre Cœur, which exceeded expectations. This is not a particularly glamorous or romantic hotel, but it is a convenient place in Paris to overnight and were very pleased with our choice.

I missed my connection. The IBIS staff was very kind and allowed me to book at competitive price. You should make sure people at the station know there are various good IBIS options at a few 100s meters away.

There is no benefit of Gold members at all. No welcome drink. No room priority. Addition to that, room is narrow, no advantage compared to other ibis.

Friendly staff. Breakfast good, Bad smell of drains in bathroom - cured with a spray of perfume! The lift stalled between floors and barely large enough for 2 people minus luggage. I thought I had booked the hotel across the road, which I had stayed in last year which was very good. It was difficult to tell when booking on line. It could do with a make over.

The staff were helpful. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom had a smell of drains. The lift stopped between floors with just 2 people in it and we had to wait for it to descend and get out. The door would not shut properly and had to be slammed to shut it and the key did not work properly. The hotel needs to be redecorated. It was not quite up to the standard I expect from you.

Surprisingly, the hotel is not as good as the IBIS TGV opposite in the same street. The receptionist did his best, but there are better Accor hotels for next time.

Disappointed 2 night stay in Paris

We were never greeted from check in to check out. Front office staff members was either on their phones, chatting with another employee or just looking down even we stood right in front of the service desk. We never saw a smiling employee durin our 3 day/2 night stay. This was at the 6 Rue Saint Laurent location....there were 2 sides of the same hotel. Check in staff was not friendly nor helpful. When we asked for more towels on both days, front staff seemed to get them only unwillingly and in an unfriendly way. When we tried to check out in the morning, 2 employees were looking at pictures on IPad and didn’t even stop it until I asked to be checked out. During the process the 2 women continued looking at the pictures instead of speeding up my check out process. It was very unprofessionally. The location was convent very noisy. The windows and walls were thin and we could hear people talking on the streets, loud music and more from the late evening until early morning hours. I knew Paris was full of unfriendly people, but I expected to at least meet friendly people at the hotel. This was one of my most unpleasant and unwelcoming stay at any Accord Hotels. Surely, will not recommend nor come back to the same Ibis hotel location.

Convenient location near gare del est. But room 32 (4 bed) was on the ground floor beside the lift and courtyard. Whenever other guests come and go, we could hear the opening of the doors which affected our sleep badly. Heater was not very warm and the toilet bowl choked twice. Flush was not strong and the toilet paper got stuck easily. Staff on duty was generally helpful but some has problem with English. Breakfast was reasonably priced.

The hotel is just in front of another Ibis with "TGV" added so this is confusing to start. The building is old, you have to cross a courtyard to get to the lift and it is for just one person. Breakfast is basic but correct.
