The location of the hotel is good, but it is extremely noisy from the surrounding streets. The reception staff was not friendly and responsive even for small questions like phone charger. Accessories such as body and hand lotion were missing. In general, I would not repeat.

Nice rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff, but unfortunately poorly isolated and if you are unlucky to get a room close to the very busy street, you will have the pleasure to wake up everytime a police car or ambulance is driving by.

Horrible basic hotel, a budget hotel with inflated prices. The staff were friendly and helpful but that cannot compensate for the small cramped room, uncomfortable mattress, too few pillows, the noise from other rooms, and the lack of room facilities. No kettle or tea or coffee making facilities, no bottled water, not even a glass for tap water. The towels were small, worn, thin and scratchy and only one bath towel supplied when the room was booked for two (corrected on request). The shower was good but impossible to keep the water contained and the floor was dangerously slippery when wet (lack of towels/bathmat did not help in this respect). One night was quite enough. The hotel management would do better to actually provide decent facilities instead of nonseniscal arty decoration. Breakfast was not included. The hotel reminded me of a hostel, cramped, narrow corridors, tiny lifts, and built of shoddy materials.
