Location is great. On Palm Jumeirah but away from the usually crowded hot spots. Still had good access to nice restaurants around! Offers something to each market segment from families with young kids like us to couples looking for a relaxed time! Beach is really nicely organized.

An amazing place to spend with family, nice beach, pool and I liked all amenities. Very friendly and good staffs who were treating us like their own family members. Especially Nithya, Manasi, jithu, Veera, Kevin etc.. Kuddoz to the great team..

There were numerous problems from the start. Firstly we were told that we had been upgraded but turns out it wasn't. The air conditioning in the room wasn't working but was later fixed. The room we were given overlooked a construction site. We were woken very early by the construction work most days.

I thought the lighting in the room is over-engineered and the buttons light up too brightly in the dark. Lovely room other than that, great shower, comfortable bed. And a decent sized swimming pool. I did not think it was an exceptional hotel, but overall I had a good experience, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Firstly they got my name wrong and it was wrong on the tv when I arrived after I had rang from the Uk to correct this the week before! Also they told me I could have breakfast in the club lounge as I’m a platinum member which when I arrived it was not the case they only served from 3pm. I was then given a room right next to the lift and one night was woken up by guest screaming at the top of there voice at 4am ! My room was also not cleaned every day. Also I found the reception staff not very welcoming. And all I was offered Was a late check out ! I also noticed that they have not added the points to my Accor card I’m very disappointed to say the least.

The overall experience was excellent. The hotel staff starting from valet to the facilities were extremely helpful and courteous. Just to name a few, Alexandria at the reception, Joy at the restaurant, sabjit (if i recall the name correctly - life guard at the pool) and Khadija at the wellness center.

Check-in was fine, but when we got to our room we wanted an upgrade cause we were facing the road and didn't want to hear road noise the whole stay. Even though there were rooms available on the other side of the hotel, getting an upgrade approved (even when we were willing to pay for it) was such a mission that took almost 3 hrs to accomplish. Needless to say we did not enjoy our fist day at all. Staff were most unhelpful and kept promising to call back, but never did. We eventually took our bags downstairs and spoke to them personally before we got an answer.

The pool and activities are nice. Was not aware there was no alcohol at the resort and the food was average. Balcony was awkwardly close to the room next door as if we were sitting together

Hotel staff generally good with several very courteous and helpful people. The front desk is busy at times and some of the reception staff appear a little stressed. The rooms are a little odd with bedside drawers opening in our second room but not the first, although the layout was identical. The balconies do not afford any privacy which does not aid relaxation. Beds and bedding were excellent as were the shower and bath area. The beach area is very good and the lack of loud music was very welcome and calming. We had to move room twice because of noisy neighbours, not the hotels fault and the staff were most helpful on this occasion.

Not happy with first 3 or 4 days as was put facing a construction site and was told when I asked to move, I would have to pay extra per night to upgrade the room. I also had a huge disappointment on the realisation that there were only 2 restaurants opening at set times rather than the 4 showed on the website. However after days of requests a nice lady on front desk finally found a nice room facing the palm for us to stay in. This made our stay 10x better and was able to enjoy it not hearing the noise of a construction site. I would also credit the enjoyment of the final days to the lovely lady that offered us a body check and analysis of body and mind which ended with a 20mins spell in the oxygen room. I won't attempt to spell her name but she was lovely. And above all she went out of her way to help organise a birthday cake which I'm truly grateful for. My only regret was not seeing her before we left to thank her properly. So if this message could pass to her I would be grateful. If it helps I remember she was 26 and Arabic with a birthday in January.
