We really enjoyed our stay there and we have fun all the time and all staff were helpful and polite. But you have to be more flixible with the check out time and no need to call every 10 minutes for a reminder!! Totaly I will come again.

Great hotell and friendly staff, but exspensive food and absolutely horrible tourist trips with the company that works there. Very unsafe and unprofessional. Would strongly recommend to change the tourist operator that works there. Would rather recommend Nemo diving venter, and oceanair dessert safari! But the hotel in it self was awesome!

We love the staff so friendly and helpful from concierge, room service to buffet they’re all very nice. Thou they didn’t deliver my needs for my bathroom amenities on our last day cause we went to pool again and we want to take a shower before the check out. but still happy on my stay in retreat.

Very good the staff were brilliant. The rooms could be better they were clean but more of am ambience. More scents and more relaxing colours to be used. The relaxing music wasn’t that relaxing.

It was a lovely and very peaceful experience. Very refreshing after staying in Dubai downtown for a few days. The breakfast was great. The staff were absolutely friendly and very respectful. Without doubt one of the best hotels I stayed during my visit in Dubai! The beach and pool areas are presented beautifully, The scenery was beautiful .The Spa is extraordinary, Staff are friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Starting from the check in experience to dining everything was relaxing and personalized. We felt like a home away from our home. Food is amazing and they take care of all healthy aspects of yours. Hotel was very nice, clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had breakfast included which was great as all food in Dubai was quite expensive. The staff at breakfast were attentive and the cappuccino was excellent. The food was of a very good quality and volume. The room was large and quiet, not all supplies were replaced each day, but this was minor. It would have been better to have more bottled water supplied per guest or make this free throughout the stay for all guests.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, the wellness manager (Veera? sorry if her name is wrong) was lovely and very receptive and flexible to our needs. The only thing was that our schedule did get a bit confusing and a few things were off in terms of timing but no big issues. Food was lovely! More water in the spa and replenshing in the rooms would be appreciated, there should be at least four bottles which is fairly standard in Dubai hotels.
