To compare this hotel with the other hotel on Palm Island is this the most peaceful en quietist place to be. The other bog hotels al to busy to stay with a lot of kids. The gym and also the breakfast are excellent and beautiful. And of course the personal gives a excellent service, but for us is that already as usual in all the hotels.

I arrived to hotel at 5:00am and I was tired from traveling, my booking with hotel was 4 days and at 12:00pm I asked the reception to make check out but they told my we can’t cancel the booking and I should contact the booking.com when I contacted booking.com they told me they will deduct two days because it’s 2:00 pm And when I returned back to reception to make the checkout they told me your money we can’t return your remaining two days and will take two weeks till one month to returned back I stay in hotel less than 10 hour and I was try to make checkout from 12:00pm with out any support The customer service is very bad and I don’t like this hotel because they try to takin the full amount without any support I hope there is management can see my answer and returned back my three days what was takin without any respect Thanks for understanding Regards Amr N.

Upon arriving at The Retreat Palm Dubai - MGallery, the counter serviceman by the name Abishink (might spell wrongly) show a wonderful service when I accidentally book the hotel as 1 adult with breakfast when I wanted to have a total of 2 adults with 2 breakfast, and he tries to arrange it and give advice on how can we go about doing it. Later the evening the servicewoman by the name Sharmaine invited me to the club lounge for dinner, during the dinner a small plastic was found in one of the dishes. After letting Sharmaine know about the problem she imminently instructs the dish to be replaced and apologize to us. She even delivers a plate of fruits in person as an apology even when we said it ok. Overall I had a wonderful stay in The Retreat Palm Dubai - MGallery and I will consider staying here again.

I had the best experience with hotel, especially the staff, from to the minute I checked-in until the checked-out. It happened that my birthday was during my stay at the retreat, guest relation in-charge was so thoughtful and remembered that. They sent a birthday cake and letter. That never happened before!! Thank you to all The Retreat team, what a welcome!!

We had an amazing holiday in Dubai this year and we truly believe that our choice of hotel played a great part in this. We have never stayed at the Palm before and we weren't sure what to expect having booked a 4* in comparison to a 5* hotel however, the experience we had at the Retreat was that of a 5* hotel. The staff have impeccable manners and go above and beyond to ensure that their guests are comfortable. We stayed at the hotel for 11 nights and will definitely love to revisit and stay at the hotel. The poolside was never over crowded and sun beds were always available. All staff at the hotel tried their very best to ensure that they provided the best automated service possible however the staff that really stood out for us were: Joebert, Manisha, Mahesh, Hamza, Mohammed and Kelvin.

Theme of hotel is retreat. However, stuff isn’t trained to deliver such customer service. No entrance greetings, not genuine receptionist, no one escorted us to the room, no one explains you food ingredients, no guidance on hotel, no instructions for morning yoga o have booked (haven’t used), pillows bad quality, we were asked in the morning to wait for breakfast table although there were available ones..

1. I requested an HDMI cable and the staff told me that you don't provide one. So I went to mall of the Emirates, bought one and connected it but it didn't work due to system restrictions. Of course I tried the HDMI after trying to screen my phone to your system which also didn't work. 2. The phone wasn't working for more than 4 hours where I was trying to call the reception to request things and inquire about other things (I was dialing zero, then tried the customized buttons of different departments, none worked). I ended up going down to ask about what I wanted. 3. I have put the (house keeping) sign on my door but no one came to clean. 4. The bathroom floor was so bad that the water made a small lake after using the bathtub and the shower. The water didn't go to the drainage by itself and there was no tool to drain it, nor a working phone to call someone nor a response for the room service sign on the door. It was a horrible experience to get our feet wet everytime we go to the bathroom. (The lake was still there when we checked out, such a bad job by a bad contractor!
