The hotel was fine, very nice design and nice rooms. The only minor was that we didn't received the parking place at the hotel that we have booked 10 months in advance.

The hotel is new and well decorated. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms clean. Its opppsite the station so there are plenty of trains,Trams,Buses,cars and people outside very noisy. With the windows shut its great hardly any noise. Problem is the air condition dosent work its set on heat so when its 25 outside you cannot have cool air. 5 times we asked and we were told something different every time. We were moved to a cooler room with a larger window shown how to use the thermostat but still you cannot turn the aircondition on. We were told when leaving that mangerment controlled it. Accor has on its site individual air conditioned rooms, this is not what we were expecting.

Hotel is new and lovely - with a real Fiat 500 in reception - but although the website says it has a secure car park, it doesn’t. The car park isn’t finished, and parking is in the station car park and then only between 6.30pm and 8am. If you are outside those times it’s 4 euros an hour if you can find a space. The hotel should email people who have booked to make this clear So guests know what to do on arrival. Even when it is finished the car park will be very small. Also you need to get a ticket from reception (paid) to get the hotel overnight rate of 6.50 Euro per night and put it into the cash machine with your own ticket - it would be great if the hotel told customers this!
