When I checked-in to room, I saw lots of dirty dust in the room, especially on the floor. However, both hotel receptionist and housekeeping had solved all troubles so well. I would like to say thank you so much to housekeeping whom she/he was cleaning my room as perfect as I would see all 3 nights. I really appreciated your outstanding service.

Good impression service, but for bath room should separately serve gel and Sampoo, and TV program will the best if have sport packages

I booked 2 rooms but was not able to have the 2 rooms on the same floor, upon check in. The receptionist, Kim, was very helpful. He said he would try and get a room change so that the 2 rooms could be on the same floor. The next day, Kim managed to find a room on the same floor and we managed to get what we wanted. On the other hand, another receptionist, Blue, was not too helpful. I requested that she called someone I ordered something from, to confirm the order and time of collection. She told me to go to my room , dial 9, and call then vendor ! If I could speak Thai, I would have called, myself !! I would NOT have bothered to ask the receptionist to call on my behalf ! Also, the hotel seems to be understaffed. In the evenings, there is only 1 person at front desk......leading to a long wait, just to get some information.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Service was always prompt. Rooms were excellent. Breakfast was good value. Gym facilities could be a bit better - maybe some cable machines but good enough.Spent 9 days there and would certainly book again

Love the comfortable bed. Actually I have no big comment on the room facility but 2 items may consider to improve. 1. No sport and documentary (discovery, NGO, history) channel in the room TV. 2. No slipper provided.

Bargain for the money

This brand new hotel has very clean and tidy room with good space. You can find discount voucher on the Klook for the massage located in the hotel and enjoy a no-hassle massage after a day. It's a bit far away from the city centre but MRT is so close to it. It also has the famous seafood restaurant across the street and the elephant temple just a few minutes away.

This hotel is brand new. Everything is spotless. It's right next to one of the new MRT stations. Breakfast buffet takes up two full walls; if you book without breakfast you'll regret it; awesome breakfast.

Ibis has always been a small hotel in my mind. The superior room were huge, upgraded due to a hiccup in my early booking when hotel was not ready. Reception Kim wa a a delight, answered my question and accommodated my request. Food at streat were delicious and the waiter enterained us when the kitchen was supposed to be closed, we were hungry and wanted to dine there. 5 stars for a 3 star hotel. Only hiccuo housekeeping didn't wash my cup. Left it ar tge bedside table

Overall the hotel is new and nice. Convenient and near the BTS station. Just walking distance for about 2mins. However, Staffs are not very friendly. The like ignoring people and treat customers differently. Poor hotel management and hospitality.

Each visit I choose a new hotel to try out. Ibis styles is a stylish comfortable hotel, though tv programmes need some help, the only program I watched was CNA (Channel NewsAsia). Checked in was quick and hotel is next to Huai Kwang subway, 4 stops from Sukhumvit station /BTS Asoke station, worth a try and reasonably priced too

Terrible and much of improvement! 1.the room service just shown only actually they did not do the work or cleaning because i test it myself. 2. The service phone is terrible i call up no people pick up the phone!! 3. The supervisor ,after i report to them the room is not clean and they said will do something about it but do nothing! For the whole week!! 4. The receptionist is not fully train and do not how to address to me! 5. The receptionist is not speaking proper English! 6.the receptionist is not train and how to accept the deposit of the room,for example week one she tell me you needs to deposit 14000THB,week 2 is 17000THB,week 3 is 12000THB and week 4 is 9000THB ,where i want to say is non standards at all!! 7.the staff when meeting the costumer never said good morning or good days which they just keep quit and donot smile some more! 8.the staff did not remember the costumer name at all! Where i have been staying at this hotel for 21days, but they still do not know me and did not know me at all! But if you do study then normally 21 days you already memories the costumer details which the service field much required this skill ! 9.the service counter for check up,a lot improvements needed, always one person service the counter and let the costumer wait ! And when ask urgent request and she reply can you see i am one person cannot do much and no apology just said wait !! 10.i am silver member and already fill up the thing that we do not like such as near to staircase but they just did not care ! 11. Fruit keep in freeze is good but not good for costumer at all where too freeze ice that we can not eat ,extremely cold. 12. The chef at egg corner always mia ?? 13.the machine coffee is out of taste ! 14.the whole last week is raining ,and when ask the reception the umbrella ? they just reply no! not feeling at all. 15.much more..
