The positives: Modern, pleasant hotel. Decent room size, good shower. Good bed. Friendly, efficient staff. Comprehensive breakfast buffet. Centrally located, town center is at walking distance. The negatives: Breakfast area (= at the hotel entrance) was crowded, not easy to find a table to have breakfast. Also, there is just one set of curtains in the room, to block out any light for sleep. When the room curtains are open anybody in the residential apartments opposite has full sight into your room, so there is a tradeoff between having natural daylight (curtains open) or privacy (curtains closed). All in all, we had a good short stay and the price/quality ratio is good.

Nice hotel (design) but the room was so small that we could not go around the bed without having the suitcase on the way (no space for it), also no desk to work in the room, just a very small table occupied by a bottle.

There is no room service

I stayed for 5 nights for a business trip, but my room has not been cleaned for 4 days even I requested it several times at reception. There is no room service at all, no telephone in the room to communicate with reception so you have to go down to the reception. There is no laundry service. But when I make my reservation on Accor website, all this key information was missing so I thought everything should be available but it’s not. Disappointed experience with Ibis.

It is true that for some time now we have no longer arrange for automatic room cleaning. Nevertheless, this should of course be done at your request. There was probably a communication mistake here.
