Regarding the room size, please note that the Standard rooms are17 m2, executive rooms are 20 m2. You can always specify your requirements during the arrival. Regarding the room temperature, we wish you had informed us during your stay. Regarding the added cost, we assure you that we do not charge anything extra for our guests. « Nice but noisy »

Personnel is very friendly, rooms are acceptable, however isolation is very bad in the rooms and there is always a lot of noise from other guests. I have been during 2 years aprox 6 nights per month, and during the acquisition process by Ibis, I experienced many problems, after the transition period it became better, but the noise is really a big issue which can only be solved by making important structural changes.

The hotel was convenienly located, had excellent staff, bed and pillows were high quality. It was nice and quiet. However, the shower wall had a an unpleasant borderline disgusting brown wall with old paint peeling off and dropping to the shower floor constantly - you need to renovate it. The monopolistic position of the Hotel with regards to no close by alternatives in terms of sales of food and drinks let to outrageous pricing for small bottled water - 3 euro for small bottle, whereas in the Czech Republic 1hour flight from Brussels it’s 50 euro cents. The cost of the stay included a TV set and free ear plugs something I wasn’t using/needed. Tune Hotels Asia business model eleminates free TV snd other things and the usage of TV can be procured for extra price, as well as the air conditioning time. Your rooms don’t have air conditioning units, but fans instead. It means I can’t choose your hotel in summer. Breakfast for 15 euro wasn’t worth the money. If it was 10 euro, it would be more fair. The cold meat and sasauges section didn’t include marking of the type of the meat, for those who wished to avoid pork. Coffee, Fresh Orange juice were excellent. The croissants and pastry while being of hight quality could be more fresh. You could offer more fruits for breakfast. The waffle machine had no hotel clients using it as it either lacked necessary ingredients to cook or clear and instructions. The lounge/bar was wonderful. Wi-fi was reliable and decent in terms of the speed. On the security front - you should put sliding door at tge entrance, which are only accessible via a room key card after 22:00. The ability to store luggage after check out for free was a pleasant surprise. Online registration was fast and simple, but it didn’t clearly mention the rate of the local hotel taxes. For an extra price yoy should offer to have fridge and have small section for all guest somewhere with kettle, microwave and water cooler -while instant coffee/tea/soups could be purchased hence we could whip up some food if we arrive late in the evening as there are no shops, convenient stores in close proximity. Overall the hotel was good, my stay comfortable but it’s on those little things you can improve, cut costs and don’t make clients ouraged on the cost of bottled water, besides it decreases the sales with such exorbitant pricing. Lack of the air conditioning (where we purchase airtime) eliminates the hotel for a stay in the Summer. The shower wall can simply use washable black, or blue cermics instead of the dirty looking brown colour with paint peeling off. The room was well cleaned, linen sheets, pillowcases were comfortable and very clean. The strongest item was the reception area staff - polite, friendl, quick and professional. Was there for 4 nights in nov 2018 for a workshop at erasmus hospital. Everything else was brilliant except 1. Dont have tea/coffee maker in rooms and 2. Same buffet breakfast everyday. Ani was helpful

Hotel was very plesant, the room was ok, only bathroom was dirty. Breakfast was good, and overal restaurants exerince was also good. Only location of the hotel is not so good (far from the center).

1. Given key to wrong room which luckily had a do not disturb sign on so I didn't walk in on anything 2. Several mosquitos in the room on arrival so asked for it to be sprayed next day which may have been done, but then the window was left open for them to all get back in! 3. Asked for fast check-out when I checked in but this did not seem to be done 4. Better than expected meal in restaurant but no one came back to ask if I wanted dessert (I did) so thanks for the help with my diet... A decent price/quality budget hotel with easy access to the metro. Generally what you would expect in an IBIS in terms of the room etc. but I was a bit disappointed with my experience on this occasion.

« Perfect hotel for our stay in Anderlecht »

We used this hotel as we had signed up to a cycling tour from Vlezenbeek to the centre of Brussels and back on Brussels' car-free Sunday during the European Mobility Week. We had a very nice welcome on arrival. My bicycle was stored overnight in a secure room which was extremely useful. Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious and clean and the bed was really comfortable. Online check-in and checkout worked well. There was a large and varied array of food to eat at breakfast. All in all very positive.

Minutes walk from Metro line makes this hotel ideal for Brussels visit. Secure parking (barriers). Business area, so deserted at nights. Big shopping centre nearby, also burger joints. Awkward approach to hotel (big roundabout was being re-constructed) - but once finished, should be OK.
