I visited for a one-week business stay. Large and clean rooms. Internet worked well. Large breakfast buffet with good choices of Food.

Nice hotel but lacking a decent restaurant for evenings.

Room was OK but poor view on the back of hotel. Note Superior room means basic or standard room. Breakfast was good. Evening meal service without restaurant was shocking - poor service had to wait 45 mins for a drink. Drink type varied from barman to barman. Your basically sat in reception for eveing meals.

Everything is good but we have faced an issue with which one is fixed table stone behind of bed in the room. That is too sharp like a knife, if it's possible need to correct the hotel management.

My stay was for 4 days .First 3 days were excellent, very cooperative staff but last day I kept my language at cloak room n lost my quite a lot of stuff.This kind of act was not expected from this kind of property n administration.Complained ,followed up but no positive response. My things were lost n lost ...staff knew but no positive response yet.This was most shocking thing happened with me that my stuff got stolen from hotels cloakroom...my shopped stuff,clothes,shoes...not expected this kind of act from such prestigious brand hotel property.

Generally speaking, the hotel is big and has nice facilities, we asked for an upgrade and we got one, it wasnt easy though! Cleanness is 8 out of 10 (we all noticed bad smeel from the bedding.) the day time staff at check in and on the entrance are really nice and welcoming including the day time manager and Jala, the lady who checked us in, she delivered great service. The night stuff however are not trained well and some of them are rude including reception and there was one lady who answered the phone at night when we needed to have a towel sent, she was very rude on the phone.

I got room with bad smell. Dinner choices not so good. I didn't receive my laundry at time because they wrote wrong room number on it. Reception girl was excellent and helped me with calling my driver!

very good the breakfast is excellent as were the spa facilities However it was too far from the centre and the shuttle didn't run on time always there could have been more frequent shuttles to the city say every hour hence due to it's location i would not recommend it

It is not the first time....and a lot it has been done/IMPROVED...however INTERNAL RESTAURANT PEPPERMINT buffet need to be improved in terms of food quality and variety...moreoved try to employ personnel more skilled....able to understand your guest...speak English. It was a good stay I was happy with my room however I feel that when I put in my preferences on accor website EX: cold room AC on, high floor etc does that get sent to the hotel? Cause that wasn’t the case. My overall experience was good the staff was friendly and nice they were attentive.

Fabulously comfortable bed and pillows. Staff very attentive and helpful but the location from town and other dining options worth considering. There is a free shuttle bus however departs city around 9pm which leaves very little time to see the great light show. Taxi fares varied from Az 10-20 and 35 from the airport.

Excellent hotel, we arrived early in the morning expecting to wait till afternoon to check in, reception staff were very accomodating and let us check in early. The breakfast was very good, all staff were very efficient and friendly, there was a courtesy bus into center of Baku which was really good. We went to Baku to watch F1 race, it's a fabulous city would definitely come back and would stay here again - thank you for a great holiday.

a very pleasant stay with friendly staff. Porters very helpful. Nice spa facilities. But were out of tonic water at the bar, they tried to pass me a gin & tonic with soda water! no mini bar in the room and beverages shop closed early...

Not so good,bathroom needs to have normal shower hose as every other normal place. Bar have very small food/snack selection,not to mention spicy popcorns.Never/ever have experienced something like it.No normal salty popcorns. Restaurant should have more dishes on menu.No mini bar in room...
