I was staying in the hotel for 6 days together with my husband and 3.9 years old daughter. It was really very calm, well serviced experience in beautiful hotel. Hotel is always warm and welcomes like kempinski before. Breakfast is excellent. Dinner needs improvement. Laundry service is excellent. Bar service is excellent. Not good. I have left laundry bag at the morning and i was very upset to find out that the laundry wasn't picked up and i had to wash my clothes by hand since i had a flight. Food was good, if a bit overpriced compared to town center. Very nice gym and spa facilities! The staff is very helpful. The laundry service is on time and never lost an item. The only sore spot is the internet connection. It is as slow as f***!

Service, rooms and food is always very good. Internet service still quite slow but in last 2 weeks seems improving a lots. I will like to suggest to have some maintenance or check on the safe functionality. In last 2 times I was in 3 different rooms and in 2 case safe was not working. With an improved internet service and a safe without problem a 10 is well deserve it.
