Good, nice people, overall good service, nice clean rooms, very confortable bed but a very BAD WiFi. sometimes impossible to even read a newspaper, download films - forget it....

« Short but very sweet! »

All in all our stay was really good. The staff were helpful and this will no doubt improve as Baku becomes more accustomed to being an up and rising tourist site. The lobby is spacious and appealing, our room was just right, though my son's room was a little smaller and he could have used a bit more space. Breakfast was quite varied but they will benefit from becoming more efficient regarding omlettes (one at a time in a pan rather than several on a platter). There was quite a lot of selection but unfortunately we did not like the milk or cheese products there, so avoided coffee and cheeses all together. The hotel is a little further out but there are always taxis available and they are inexpensive by our standards so that was not an issue.

« clean but location is not convenient »

1. location is not convenient to walk around city and need to out by taxi. 2.Can feel the some smell when step in the room. 3.No instruction for sauna and a bit embarrassed because I thinks same as dubai so I take off the clothes and going to shower covered by towel. I hearing the woman voice when I doing the shower . 4.No instruction for shower and sauna and I can not control shower and can not closed for long time. 5.Room Magnify mirror can not fixed point where i want because joint is loose 6.I don't know they upgrade room or not because I'M gold member 7.Actually Dnata is cheaper than accorhotel site but I choose Because I want to benefit of meneber but not happy with my decision .

It was a very pleasant stay at your hotel. No complaints whatsoever. The staff was extremely helpful and the food was delicious. Only 1 drawback is the location which is away from the main city centre.

We have made booking of 2 rooms in Pullman Baku Hotel from booking.com from September 7th 2018 - September 11th 2018 and our hotel booking number is 12…. We checked out from the hotel on September 9th 2018 because of bad behaviour from your hotel staff and they misbehaved with us. This is not the hospitality which we expect from any 5 star hotel and there was nothing of customer service from the hotel staff and they misbehaved and never tried to resolve the matter. Am sorry to inform you that your hotel staff and and rooms were not up to the standard of 5 star hotels as in rooms the bedsheets were dirty and torn which we complained as we checked in the hotel and got it changed but then also the bedsheets were dirty. We have very bad experience of your hotel and we will definitely give bad remarks on all platforms like booking.com , hotels.com , tripadvisor.com , agoda.com etc. and also on all social media platforms also plus we will also send this complaint to the Accor Group Management also that this hotel is not as per 5 star standards plus no customer service at all. We are very much disappointed and worst experience of life as we were on vacations and thanks to your staff that it got ruined. It was good but since I was not staying a lot in the hotel because I was spending the the day outside, but during the five days 3 days out of 5 received a water and coffee which is not acceptable in 5 star hotel to come back and didn't find a water or wake up without off, and always there was a shortage in tawels In The bathroom.
