It was very good but you have small problem for the Turkish bathroom . usually when we are do visit to the 5 stars hotel at Istanbul we didn't pay money for using the Family Turkish bathroom,only we make a reservation before one day or few hours.

The hotel was really nice, the staff were the best. The security was really high and this is what i liked the most about the hotel. The area is nice everything is nearby. Room set up was really elegant there was a cake and biscuit designed for new year 2018. I really enjoyed the experience and i will stay in fairmont quasar each time i visit istanbul.

Firstly The room was not ready upon arrival even though we arrived after check in time and I was told that room will be ready in the evening after 7 pm which is not acceptable. Also during the checkout I had no bellboy to help me as I booked the two bedroom suites as I was staying with my family. Finally we had to bring our own luggages down which was horrible. And also for the late check in thing i expected them to charge me less but they didn’t do anything like that and I was charged the money for the whole even though the room was not ready and we checked in late evening. I am a very frequent guest to Fairmont hotels allover the world. But Fairmont Istanbul got me the worst even experience.

« Highly professional staff, incredible and luxurious experience at a very reasonable price. »

It was a great experience. The quality of services was simply incredible. Staff at the check in desk were attentive and professional .Mr Sami was of great help to us in guiding us on what to do and which touristic tours we should book. He was available at any point and was very resourceful. Also, the hotel is very modern, impeccably clean, with really top notch and 5-star services.

« whatever a guest may expect was thoroughly provided in a very friendly manner.. »

I have very much enjoyed my stay during the both times I stayed despite short notice with my reservation request. The room/s, recreational area, especially the indoor pool (believe it is the best in Istanbul), restaurants, quality of the food and display, was well above standards and expectations. besides, all staff members who I have encountered were all very well trained, friendly and humble. I can only say congratulations to the whole team..

this is my first stay at this property. its a good product and services, though had not good sleep due to mattress condition. you expect such condition in hotels that are above 5 years of operation and heavy use of rooms. mattress was already bent from one side .
