really it was a bad experience, problem with TV it took 2 days to be fixed. problem with Master bed room every day for the whole stay. every day they come they said it is fixed next day same issue, it was a frustrated and annoying that I need to complain every day.

I stayed for just 1 night unfortunately. Checking was easy and very friendly. The Fairmont exceeded my expectations. The room was very well appointed, modern and comfortable We used the concierge to arrange transport to the Airport in the morning, very helpful and friendly. Its a pity I did not have time to enjoy other facilities in the Hotel, the Spa would have been on my list. I could definitely recommend a stay.

It was overall satisfactory but I was disappointed by the fact the outdoor pool wouldn’t be open in May. Some days were really hot and it would have been a better experience with a wider range of facilities

In our respectful opinion, the hotel is one of the most prestigious hotels with its unique design and stunning views; the service was excellent in every department, the food was deliciously prepared to a Michelin star standards and the concierge was professional, experienced and knowledgeable and was able to advise on the best places to visit that made our stay unforgettable. I always have a great stay at the Fairmont, the rooms are excellent and the reception are always able to accommodate my request of a bath in the room. I stay at the Fairmont regularly for business and always feel welcomed back and the staff always recognise me, and remember what I had previously ordered for food and drink.
