Generally quite narrow spaces, the hotel looks like for business staying, while we were with kids, so the format is a bit different from our expectations and it would be good that you position the hotel offers for business people. The Asian restaurant did not impress, even disappointed us: - main course was completely cold and the waiter tried to convince us that this is normal! And there were no Asian tastes in this - the waiter did not know what Kir royal is (luckily for us bar men did), but this is not normal in 5 star Fairmont hotel After checking out, I received a phone call from the hotel that table watch from our room are missing! The person was very polite, but - Why I am receiving this question?? Who needs table watch when you have iPhone and lots of other eDevices. Obviously it was the problem of cleaning staff or some other personnel.... and despite the talk was polite, it left very negative impression that I am blamed in smth I never did. So generally I can say that the hotel is not the level of Fairmont

Absolute top hotel. We had an outstanding time at our NYE trip. - staff truly professional and friendly (Ethem from reception, and Sami & his colleague in particular) - our room was gorgeous and spacious, with a beautiful view on the Bosphorus - breakfast is top notch; great variety of local and international dishes, and very importantly, they use high quality ingredients - Aila and Ukiyo (2 of Fairmont's restaurants) are worth a visit by themselves. Aila served the best mezze dishes we've ever tried (we have extensive experience, so this is quite a feat). Ukiyo was an awesome NYE party location with superb gastro food, and a great party afterwards - we loved also our experience in the spa and the gym: great massage after workouts in a well-equipped and modern gym

Everything was perfect and its what you expect from fairmont but i only had a problem . The prices of mini bar items and overall the prices of mineral water is extremely expensive which if it could be cheaper this hotel would be a 10/10

the hotel is beautiful and so are the facilities. I've stayed here twice before and never had a problem. the staff are pleasant and friendly as well. Unfortunately, this time, I forgot my telephone charging cables (2 - USBC and iPhone) and international adaptor. When we called the hotel to ask for them, they said they could not find them but I am sure I left them in the room because I needed to charge my phones till the last minute. it's shame that something like this could happen at such an amazing hotel. I would still recommend the hotel but hope problems like this don't happen again to anyone.
