« Meh...ok but not what I expect from a Fairmont property »

I thought charging for internet was insane. The rooms were fine but not that clean. The hotel was super loud- both outside noise but also inside noise. I thought the meeting spaces were nice. The staff was not very efficient or helpful.

I enjoyed everything about the hotel and my room, which made the water problem in the shower that much worse. It was shocking for such a new facility that was otherwise excellent.

It was a very nice hotel, however, when my room is smaller than my room at home it best be oozing awesomeness for $600 CDN. a night with tax. Very good stay otherwise. Staff very friendly and courteous.

« It was a decent experience overall, however very expensive and cost me over $1,700 Canadian for 3 nights »

Stayed at this hotel for a business conference and overall experience was good. The only compliant I have is that the services and restaurants are expensive and also Wifi was an additional $13.95 a day where I have stayed many hotel chains were it was free of charge.

Don’t like paying high prices and not being greeted at the door, having to pay extra for wifi/music on the tv, etc. Hotel was clean, house cleaning was prompt but service could have been better.

was a nice hotel and in a great location the once advise on my last night stay I was given slippers?? should that have not been given on the 1st day of a 4 night stay? other then that my room was clean and turned down every night so really nice touch

Camille serving lunch with Ameriprise, Mason as a bartender at the outdoor pool bar and Chef John in the international food court were exceptional. They all were true to the Fairmont experience of thinking of what I would need before I realized what I wanted.

Staff couldn't be more friendly and accommodating, hotel was beautiful spotless and clean. Was the meeting planner for Invesco. Stephanie Otter was friendly and detail oriented, Kimberly Yarnell with reservations was always quick to reply, banquet food was delicious, Audio Visual was spot on, hotel was clean, Dawn with FedEx was super friendly and helpful. All around great hotel!
