The hotel staff made us very welcome. Their professionalism was outstanding. Nothing was too much. We mentioned a neighbouring room had the television on too loud. They looked into it for us and checked the next day that everything was OK. The room was comfy and clean. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The service in the restaurant both at breakfast and for our evening meal could not be faulted. Thank you.

I'm afraid to say not a great experience. Maybe I was unlucky, dinner order was incorrect. Menu in my opinion is overpriced (esp. the steaks). Also the buffet breakfast was cold. Cold scrambled eggs and bacon is not good. Staff were however polite and helpful. Just suggest getting the catering sorted. Other people were also complaining so sure this being noticed by more than me.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good . I had a room over looking the field which is nice, but the room (112) had a strange smell which remained throughout.

Very happy with our stay here, the rooms were spacious and very clean. Without exception, all staff we came into contact with were friendly and professional. Breakfast was good as was the meal we had in the evening on arrival.

Tour. Very good situation close to motorway. Very friendly staff. Room in courtyard was bigger than expected. As it was not directly linked to the hotel it could be a problem if the weather is bad getting from room to restaurant and bar. Good food and service.

Upgraded to room 101, nice touch as a Platinum Accor member. Reception efficient and welcoming. Bar staff very good and the restaurant food amazing, probably the best belly pork I have ever eaten!

Staying here was fine - the mattress was comfy and the room was clean. The internet worked well and breakfast was tasty. A couple of quibbles - we felt that the duvet was really just too warm unfortunately. Also, nobody came to see if we wanted tea at breakfast. There were also a couple of areas in our room that needed repainting. Otherwise just great!

Staff were excellent, especially in the restaurant where we had a lovely meal. Just the cleanliness of the rooms really let it down. The carpets in the hallways were grubby as well

I was using the hotel as a stopping off point when heading from the north midlands to Poole. I have family near the hotel so met them in Thame. Hotel efficient and clean and good value.

We had booked 1 double and 1 twin room for work. When we arrived I was given 3 rooms. I explained we only had 2 room but was told that we had 3. As I have stayed here before I assumed we were upgraded. After we had showered and sat down for evening meals (about to order) we were told that we only had 2 vrooms so someone had to move (not very professional as I had already told them we only had 2 rooms to start with). I run a tab for the meals and drinks for the evening, before we had finish for the evening the tab was closed by your staff and we had to open up a second one (this happened on my last stay as well). In the morning I checked out and waited in my vehicle for my colleagues, them come out to let me know we had to pay for breakfast (my error as I though I had booked it with the room). I had already booked out and left the building, why was I not informed I had not paid for breakfast. The staff at this establishment as very friendly and polite but do not seem to get the paperwork correct, if we a social trip for myself and not business it would have been even less impressed.

We stany in the hotel from time to time when we visiting families. We enjoyed the accommodation especially the lunch. This time we stayed in the new part of the hotel in the ground floor. We are happy with the accommodation, just sometimes a bit noisy as we are near to the road. Overall it is still a good base for us.

We had to wait much longer than the 2:00 pm check in time. When we did get to our room the curtain track was broken. This was repaired but the curtain was not rehung correctly. The toilet roll holder was falling off the wall and there was a leak from the bath/shower making a puddle on the floor. Our dinner in the restaurant was also not up to the standard we had come to expect. We were given a complimentary drink and a discount on our final bill but the faults distracted from our enjoyment of the visit. We felt that all these 'niggles' should have been picked up before our visit.

The hotel was great but the card I was first given didn’t work , then when I walked in the room the bed was not made dirty glasses and a dog bowl was in there but the receptionist was lovely and she upgraded me so all was good

Stayed here two nights on a Groupon deal and what an amazing deal it was. Hotel off main road and we were given a room in the courtyard. Room was clean and spacious. Tea/coffee in the room and cleaned daily. On our deal dinner was included first night and it was fabulous, great service and choice, breakfast again was a great choice buffet style. Strongly recommend

We booked on Groupon to stay at the hotel. The service was great, the bedroom was very clean. We had dinner on the 1st night included, the menu was limited, as they normally are with Groupon, however the food was well served and well presented and of-course very tasty. What really attracted us to the hotel was that we were around 30 minutes from Blenheim Palace, We had a fantastic day (luckily the weather was on our side)
