Ajay Kumar was great at the service. He gave some great food recommendations also and was overall very helpful. The hotel is ideally located and very convenient to all the locations. Must do TePuia Excersion and Agrodome Farm & mud bath at hells gate.

Great stay at the Pullman for 5 nights. Good location with easy access to lots of restaurants, the lake and tourist attractions. Recommend mountain biking in the Redwoods and visiting the Secret Spot Spa. Thank you to Christian for the excellent service.

We stayed there for a night and was upgraded to lake view room. The view was fantastic and the front desk was very helpful and friendly with admin and parking instructions. Would stay here again next time
