After getting out of the elevator on the 6th floor a horrible smell suddenly invaded my nose, that the day after was still there. Also, it seems that a beed sheet is missing... it only had the mattres sheet and the conferter

I rated it a 6 based on the condition of the room. The walls have black scratched in several places, dust was evident on shelves and beneath the bed. It needs a fitness center and better food. Yet for the value what is to be expected. I was charged at check-in when I had pre-paid the room. A mistake that can happen to anyone and it was corrected when I pointed it out.

New hotel, comfortable but even you don´t offer additional bathroom supplies (i mean shampoo, for example) i could be better to have it on a shop at front desk. Your breakfast is poor but enough if you need something quick ... it could be better to increase the room price to have better breakfast option... just my 5 cents...

There was a big sale in the plaza. Since the hotel doesn’t have parking space, and shares it with the mall, parking took a while and had to be out in the street. Although I checked in at 18:30, I had to wait aver 30 minutes for my room to be ready. The purpose of my trip was to attend a family wedding, so I returned to the hotel quite late. The hotel door was closed, no card reader in place even though there was a sign for it. It took at least 40 minutes for them to open the door after several phone calls and constantly calling on the door bell. The second night, housekeeping really amazed me, since they tucked the trash left in the room under the bed(coffee disposable cups and a bag from the cafeteria in front). Had to use that cafeteria since the expresso machine was not working.

Good experience in general but the shower head in my room limited the water flow too much! I had to stay under the shower more than 12 minutes to wash out the soap! I understand the concept of a water saving shower head but this one was excessive! ...and at the end it is better to have a 3.5 liters per minute flow and be done in 4 minutes (14 liters consumption) than 2 liters per minute and 12 minutes under the tiny flow of water (25 liters consumption)
