« Crew very competent »

The experience was great, a highlight is the crew that is very supportive, skilled and polite. Cuisine is another highlight, dishes well served. The only issue was the hotel did not send me the invoice of my stay, it should be by email.

The staff was very attentive and made us feel at home. We were there for two weeks and with having a restaurant there we were able to invite family and friends to visit with us. As if it were our home. The rooms were spacious and always clean. Lenice at the front desk was great. And in the reservations, since we arrived before check in time, we asked if I could check in sooner since I am 85 years old. The staff made arrangements for me which I really appreciate.

Overall stay was good, but front desk people were somewhat unking, and could not deliver basic Accor services such as use of LeClub points. Fiscal docs were not sent also.

The service staff does not seem very interested in working on helping guests. i sat with a group at the hotel bar and waited 30min to receive service. We had to ask twice for someone to send a waiter. Once the waiter finally showed up, instead of apologizing, he said no one had called him. Ridiculous.

Overall good hotel but needs maintenance. First room I was taken too the A/C was not working properly. The second room where I stayed the entry card key system would not work all the time. Key had to be reprogrammed. And finally the only two running treadmills in the gym were not working. One was out of order and the other one the side pieces were falling apart.

I stayed in a junior suite room 12.11 the hallway of level 12 has a terrible humid smell. There was a small portable dehumidifier operating in the hallway which is a confirmations that the hotel is well aware of this issue, and still assigns rooms to guests. Entering the room 12.11, the same humid odor smell is in the entire suite. The air conditioner is leaking water. The drain of the bath tub is broken also known to the hotel because is is put aside in the bath tub. The small towels in the bat tub were not replaced for a new guest as these were fully soaked with water from previous guest. All with all a bad experience, would not recommend to other guests.

Everything was goid except room service. Ordered a sandwitch at 9pm that was promissed to be delivered in 30 to 40 min. At 10:30 pm called asking about the sandwitch, the person did not know and she would find out and call me back. Nobody called me back, sandwitch was delivered at 11 pm. Really bad experience!

« Good service, but lack of maitenance »

The rooms were very comfortable, but we faced a lot of small problems - phone not working, water leak from the airconditioning, lamp not working, safety box not working, tv not working, amenities not replaced in the bathroom. We contacted the front desk and everything was solved, but it is very annoying to have little problems all the time during a holiday.
