I will not suggest anyone with a veggie family & healthy choice of brekfast persons to stay here. The staff especially the receptionists are already not as per requirement also they do not have a smiling attitude. Talking to them looks as if u had done a crime & asking for a sorry. Breakfast is a good English one but if u r health conscious then u will be disappointed Then again if u r veggie then bread & butter is the only good option. Hospitality is worse. The only good thing is the location. U can find everything nearby

Hello, I stayed here on Friday the 12th of April with my husband and 2 teenage kids. I requested late checkout before arriving. This was confirmed at checkin where I paid an extra $74 to stay until 5pm on Saturday. Fast forward to Saturday morning. 1. House keeping first entered our room at 9:50am. They knocked then opened the door where they saw my teens sleeping and left again. 2. House keeping knocked at 10:50am waking us all up. I went to the door and explained we had paid for late check out. He said that’s not on his paperwork he had in his hand. I asked him to call reception and sort it out with them as we have paid for late check out. He left. 3. 11:25am house keeping (supervisor this time I think) knocks once then walks straight in our room and tells us check out is 11am. I tell him the same as I told the other 2 housekeeping before him. He says he will go and check. He never came back. Walking in before we even got a chance to get to the door to open it is just rude! We just wanted to sleep. I feel this is all completely unacceptable. We paid for late check out for a reason. We were working Saturday night and wanted to sleep in and through most of Saturday. I don’t think being woken up and disturbed 3 times is good enough. It shouldn’t be up to the customer to tell house keeping this info. It really had a flow on effect with me working last night as I didn’t get much sleep at all. I was extremely dissatisfied with this. It was my first time at the Novotel and I was expecting an excellent service and a memorable experience. I also paid for parking of $22. Upon leaving the carpark on Saturday I was charged another $30 to be able to exit. I went in to reception to advise them and they said their staff member put the letter o instead on the number 0 down for the rego. The $30 was returned to a different card but it was yet again another inconvenience for me because of a staff error. Last thing our room 3412 needs a good bathroom clean. Please see attached pics of bathroom that needs more attention to detail. Over all disappointing to spend just under $800 (I booked and paid for my son’s room, Cody Baird too 3312) for one night and have a few things not right. I look forward to your reply. Had a 5 night stay, 20th floor, lovely view of the ocean, centrally located, disappointed there was no actual restaurant more like a bistro but staff were pleasant and accommodating
