My husband and I enjoyed our stay, and especially appreciated access to the executive lounge. We loved being able to have breakfast there each morning, and enjoyed an evening drink. The executive lounge staff were very professional and friendly. Our rooms were well appointed, and on our second stay the suite was large and luxurious. We appreciated the added touch of a dish of fresh fruit on arrival and a voucher for drink in the bar.

The room was so hot and noisy

I requested to have a quite room when I reserved. My room was so noisy. The room was like an oven in a way that tge last night me and my daughter couldn’t sleep. My daughter at 4 am started crying badly because of the intolerable heat and I couldn’t do anything that time till morning when we left finally I was really waiting for the minute to leave the hotel because of the bad experience and the heating problem

Hotel was fine but dated and not as described on website. (Modern decor and soundproofed room (could here road all night)) No guest information pack in room No room service Main restaurant had ala carte but not encouraged by team (30-40 min wait) making me eat out.

The hotel facilities and furniture are very old! It’s quite obvious the hotel was someday a 5-star hotel but it’s not any longer. Renovation is very needed. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast is good but it could be better. Glass facade of the restaurant is very dirty, I couldn’t see the city through it.

The communal areas of the hotel are well cared for and beautiful, unfortunately our room was dated, very noisy (next to a main road) and one of the cupboards was broken.The bathroom was particularly dated! We were also very disappointed that only 2 of the several restaurants were open. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very professional.

Le Grand Amman doesn't live up to the expectations. There was nothing spectacularly bad, just a too low standard for the star rating and price. - Room was old (at one point the wind made the window fly open) - Breakfast room was very outdated

I stayed here as it is the hotel used by the tour group I was connecting with and I wanted to arrive a day early to be rested for the group activities. I eventually got to the hotel at 4:00 am so it was a very expensive stay considering the few hours I had in bed - but I did it for the convenience of being at the same location as the rest of the tour group
