Friendly,warm and courteous staff (e.g Amer at the reception desk,Issam and Emily at buffet breakfast). All the staff ,without exception, attend immediately and even instantly to any request or suggestion and sincerely try to accommodate reasonable needs or requests of guests .Courteous behavior and attention by all is uniformly high. But one cannot but feel that behind all the courtesies and close attention to the guests ,the staff in significant numbers appear to be a slightly disillusioned lot ,probably for reasons related to job satisfaction.

I was staying for a week. The hotel was very clean and comfortable: hallways, restaurants, room and the gym. One downside is that the breakfast offerings weren't adequate of a 5-star hotel & definitely need improvement. I had arrived early and allowed to check-in very early, and allowed to check out very late. This was extremely appreciated.

My visit was very disappointing and I ddint want to talk about it again as I have explained the whole story to the front desk and they tried their best to clean up the room and fix the few things we asked for and offered free fruits and sweets, even an upgrade but this is not the intention for my complaints. anyway, the rooms are very old and not clean, the breakfast room is not clean too with food left overs on the floor and around tables.... I wish you further success and much better performance to keep up with other higher standard hotels . Thank you

The hotel itself is fine but in a need of a facelift. It offers a decent breakfast, has two swimming pools and good bars/restaurants. Le Grand was part of a different chain, so most local taxi drivers don't know hot to get there. Suggest you give them the reception number, which can speed up the process. It sits on a very busy road, which is noisy and gets congested quite often. Add extra 20-30 mins when travelling to/from the hotel on a busy weekday. The reception tried to charge us twice for the same room but we managed to sort this out

My overall stay was fine, but extremely pissed off the idea that this is the second time i've not credited the points for my stays. I have 14 nights missing (if not more) in my account and I was promised to receive them and so far i did not receive anything with an excuse that the party paying the reservation are taking the points, which is not my problem and i want the points to be credited to my account.
