It was ok - the team was polite and doing their job but i didn't feel anyone actually goes above & beyond in order for a guest to have an overall great & memorable experience. No complaints in general except for the price of the beer at the lobby - beer was flat and pricey.

« Pleasant Stay with a little room of improvement »

Mr Khaled who was working the front desk was an exceptional person. He helped with even the smallest of requirements. Without him, I don't think we would have such a pleasant stay. The hotel is lovely with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, gym and spa. The breakfast was fresh and wholsome with a lot of variety. The only issue that I had with the hotel was as days passed by the room cleaning efficiency reduced. I stayed in the hotel for 15 days.

On arrival ,in the afternoon of a weekend (Friday ),we found raw trainee persons officiating at the reception desk.who acted as programmed robots with no imagination that distinguishes humans from robots.But nothing untoward to report.I realized check-in desk is the make or mar experience for a guest that sets the tone for the rest of the stay and continued business relationship in future.The appearance next day of courteous Mr Amer at the reception desk made my stay for the next three days pleasant .

Reception guys are not so quick, lazy. It is okay for Amman local hotel, but it should not be international hotel. Breakfast is not international, Middle East taste Internet is poor, not international standard

The room exceeded expectations. It was very spacious, with a lovely view, comfy bed, and big bathroom. Everything was perfectly clean. The robe and slippers were a nice touch, and the size of the closet very welcome. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I enjoyed an evening in the pool, gym and sauna. Also nice to have a range of restaurants, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. I had no problem finding vegan options at any meal. The happy hour in the bar was good too. Only improvement would be to offer more local options, such as Karak Ale, rather than Amstel or Heineken. Will happily return to this hotel.
