The staff are extremely generous and kind. The room is comfortable and cozy. I would suggested to have more towels in different sizes in the bathroom and the window could be open in order to allow fresh air into the room. Overall all is satified.

The quality of bed sheets and towels need to improve because a lot of stains and toiletries.

Room was clean and comfortable. Security was always present and clerks were always helpful and smiling at the front desk. Location is excellent. Breakfast was a bit spartan though and could do with a bit more variety and choices.

For what the price is I’d say it’s pretty standard. Would be nice if breakfast was included in the low price. Reception said they couldn’t call a cab for us which I thought was strange and inconvenient, we had to take our luggage out to the street and hail one ourselves.

Very affordable, true. But you could also not see Accorhotels quality in the property. First, the room is not soundproofed at all. The door is low in quality with noticeable gaps on all side, hence any noise from outside the room is pretty much audible. It got worse on the weekend as there are numbers of bars in the vicinity that will get pretty loud, so you won't have a good sleep. Second, guests need to pay for toothbrush, really? It is fair if they only provide this amenity when requested. But if I need to pay for that, seems like a rip-off! Finally, the breakfast was awful. The food quality I think was the worst I have ever tasted. I'd rather not eat. Worse than that, we have to pay for the egg menus. What if I only wanted to eat eggs for my breakfast? Instead of the spread, I have to pay extra for that. I understand that this is a budget hotel, but with many basic things we need to pay extra, I'd rather stay at a similar priced local hotel with full service. And if this is not for business travel, I would not at all stay nor recommend this hotel.

Well i thought it was Fave hotel. Honestly, Fave was much better. And breakfast was nightmare. The restaurant is italian, c'mon we come to bali for their local delicacy. Italian i get it anywhere in my country so its an offset. Work on the breakfast and i am paying for the differrence. I wish i will come back again but i might not depends. And i always stay here cause of Fave i dun think of elsewhere. But with the service was bad too over the phone, i rather find alternatives. Thats all

Experience was decent. Breakfast served in morning was better than other similarly prized hotels in Bali. Room was compact but comfortable. Not rating it 10/10 because of the inconvenience to come down to lobby everytime for smoking. The hotel should have some smoking rooms or a small space on each floor for smoking.

My stay was OK. But took too long to request some amenities sent to the room. Bathmat & towels were not clean, most of time are yellowish and looked not fresh. Room was OK. I dont have much time spent in the room, but in overall thank you for providing the quite room for me since I was attended meeting in Seminyak. Cheers.

Nice budget hotel for budget traveller, the room not really clean there some dust at the corner of the room. The towel looks dull and not clean and theres a red stain behind one of the pillow. When we ask reception to borrow a bowl they did not provide it. Theres a parking lot but the basement parking lot a bit smelly and dirty because theres a sewer near the security office. Overall its good hotel only for sleep but its not feel homey that makes the guest comfortable enough to stay. The hotel should improve their cleaness and services.

Horrendous, the room was filthy (I have photos) the hotel had a pungent smell of sewage and the room was damp when we arrived, fortunately I was there less than 12 hours else I would have found an alternative. Disgusting.
