Room was nice and clean, very comfortable. The location was very strategic with lots of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance, a laundromat is also close by. Service was quite great. Might want to improve the breakfast menu a little though.

« Very good »

We had great experience in Ibis budget. The room is clean and comfortable enough, however the room we were in (308) has trouble in the door. We need to 3-5 tries to open the door, however we have escalated that to the front desk. The other thing that can be improved is the drivers that forced us to take their service. I understand that the hotel doesnt allow online taxi thats why we moved to the mini market across the street but the drivers kept on bugging us and even our online taxi driver. I believe clients have rights to choose whichever transport mode they want, and I’ve checked there’s no rules in Bali that said online taxis are illegal. Please manage those drivers to make guests comfortable and keep coming back to Ibis.

« Standard. Ya maybe becos its hotel budget »

Room : small but quite nice Food : good for budget hotel. But i expect there is a cream for coffee Location : its super good since its located in strategic area and its takes only 10 minutes walk to the beach Bath tools : i don't get bath tools. Expect towel. I know that this is a budget hotel, but its Ibis. I think bath tools still need to provided. When i just arrive i experiencing my tv is broken (the screen is not clear), then i call reception and they fix the tv.

« Needs a lot if improvement. »

The room where i stayed for 3 nights was so hot (323) i had a hard time sleeping. The breakfast was one of the worst in the world like real crap, no joke. The only good thing about Ibis was its location, other than that all thumbs down. Would never stay and recommend Ibis to other travelers.

« Just okay hotel to sleep in. »

Advance booking is definitely not advisable in this hotel. While checking in we found out that the price we booked was more expensive than booking the room on the same day and even with free breakfast. We complained and after sometime they just offered a complimentary breakfast for our stay. We also paid for early check in from 930 AM. The room is okay, but there was a cockroach in the shower which we didnt complain as we were tired and we dont want to complain again.

« Poor service and condition of the room »

Let me start by telling you that I have travelled all over the world and mostly stay at Ibis properties. So it was just natural for us to choose it again when we decided to visit Bali. To my service, when I arrived the receptionist said that I have to pay extra for our breakfast, whereas it was clearly mentioned on the booking “breakfast included”. After talking to someone on the phone, he finally confirmed that it’s included. After we went into our room (622) the Aircon was cooling enough, so I called the room service and they asked me to wait for 20-30 mins so that AC can work. I waited but still no change. I called them again and they send the electrician. He washed the filter and finally the Aircon was working. Following day after Waking up in the morning I went to take shower and realised the shower is broken. The water was coming out from all side! It was ridiculous! We were doubting if we are staying in Ibis or some other crap hotel! If that’s not enough, the towels had stain marks on it. It was a very disappointing stay and I’ll make sure next time before I stay in any of your properties, I’ll check public review before doing so. I hope the management takes this seriously and rectifies it with urgency.

I booked this stay as a gift for my wife. Imagine my disgust when she was compelled to pay for the room upon checkin, when it should’ve been taken at time of booking. I’m glad she decided not to stay. Awful experience.

« Strategic budget hotel »

I really love on how the location of the hotel is very strategic, within less than 1 km from the Double Six Beach and within minutes from various shops, restaurants, clubs, and many holiday spots in Bali. Things are getting better even after midnight strikes. The room is very simple with only basic amenities, thus it's a budget hotel, but it's still convenient. However, one thing that I don't like is the breakfast. I understand, the breakfast is really simple. But, I believe the team still can make a better breakfast. The congee is not set, the salad is not fresh, the milk is too watery, and the main course is not really tasteful.

3 night was stay in Ibis budget seminyak Good location,breakfast ok so far, only in my room 232 electricity power failure turn off started 8am till almost check out time. The location is good, the room was OK, the breakfast is... quite poor! Not many options, but overall I cannot complain. There's one disturbing information that I got from one of your male employees about the on-line taxi service (Grab), he said that Grab aren't allowed to pick up guest at some certain hours due to the internal transportation service that you have or the transportation service of "Camplung Tanduk's driver society". This kind of information is quite disturbing knowing that those two components should be hand in hand to make the tourism business more alive especially in Bali without any kind of disturbance. Thank God, that morning on my way to airport, my Grab service was coming on-time and the driver or myself didn't get any trouble whatsoever, certainly we didn't expect any of it at all in the future days, because I still love Bali and might stay in your place someday...
