« One of the Best budget Hotel in Bali. No doubt. »

I know Ibis is a famous name for an extraordinary hospitality. This time, Ibis budget seminyak was my first choice for my visit in Denpasar. And i was right. This hotel just gave us an excellent service. Room was good, location just perfect, the lobby and main lounge area just cozy, the staffs just very nice, and the food was okay. The hotel seems like working on something on the 5th floor while we were there. Maybe regular maintenance, but we hardly hear anyone making noisy while working. This is Perfect. So, this is my opinion ; Ibis Budget definitely one of the best budget hotel in Bali. Sweet ..

« Was terrible, clueless staff and smelly rooms »

This is the worst hotel experience arrived and was told check in was at 2pm and was made to wait 45 minutes in the heat until I was able to check in because the cleaners were still cleaning the room. When I arrived in the room it smelt like stale food and the light or aircon kept turning off. Over the period of my stay the light had to be fixed a total of three times with the staff blaming the key card and making me pay for a new one.

« Worth the money! »

Nice and friendly staffs, comfortable bed, perfect location near by Cangu beach, we had a bit of problem with the shower, however the staff was very reactive, problem fixed less than an hour. Will definitely coming back!

« Nice room but unfriendly service and poor breakfast »

The hotel room is quite nice for budget hotel, but the service in front desk was very poor, I booked from accor plus application and my name didn't listed as accor bookings. So I have to wait for more than half an hour. The breakfast was poor, I went to breakfast area at 8 am and the meals was almost gone. How could it be happen? I don;t know if the PIC didnt count the guest or occupany in the hotel. I was concern since it was a part of accor group, even for budget hotel category. Please improve the service.

Nice room and value for money. But its a bit annoying that the housekeeping talks loudly at the corridor or hallway which i assumed their distance few yards from each other so they need to talk loud to each other. And the cafe and breakfast need a lot improvement. The cafe does not impress much compare to the room and frontdesk. The same menu serve everday and maybe need some advise from chef. Bread, fruits and beverages are acceptable.

« Terrible night »

I only had one night stay at Ibis seminyak. I was woken up by the chinese mainland tourists in the middle of the night possibly at around 3AM. A group of chinese tourists just arrived and made loud noises with no consideration of other guests. So we came down to complain to the front desk only to find out that it was their mistake in the first place. They put them in the rooms where there are already other guests staying in those rooms. The next day, I was staying at the hotel waiting for my afternoon flight. The electricity kept shutting down several times. It was hot in the room. Overall experience we were truly disatisfied.. look.. you as a GM asked for my input twice over email.. so there you go now you have it.. Maybe to make up for my poor stay, you can over me a complimentary stay. Thanks!

Your staff are very welcoming, helpful. One of the receptionists.. i think his name is putu?? Is very hospitalable and patient. While i am check in, many china tourists were there, asking for this, asking for that... he entertained all of them with smile and patient. The security guide also helpful abd friendly. The only complaint will be the breakfast, we are asked to go after 9am as the tour group will be there before us, but when we reached there after 9, the food still not ready and the waiteress are not there. But i like the service at whole

Rooms smeel bad. Water from shower not drain good and after shower all toilet floor full of water. Noise hotel. Reception say in my price including breakfast after I had to pay for breakfast because thay say was not include in room price
