Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. Room service was great & food was nice. Trying to get in touch with hotel before i arrived was frustrating. Sent 3 emails with no replies at all. The loud music from restaurant next door was at times too much. Pleasant stay at hotel itself though was fine.

I've stayed at this hotel many times before and during the rebrand; the airport pickup did not go as expected this time and the breakfast quality has definitely gone downhill since the Ibis rebrand.

Ur hotel serves very bad breakfast. I was stayed there since 5 years ago and now operate by accor. But unfortunately the quality of the breakfast is very bad compare with 2 years ago operated by another company. « Great location - Poor Maintenance/Cleanliness »

Our first visit to Bali - we were very excited by the great location. Easy walk to most local places, surrounded by shops, restaurants, markets etc. However upon arrival it took a very lengthy time to check in. A group of 8 and we had to stand around for 45 mins after a long day of travel. The English was poor therefore communication was tricky. All of our rooms had a very strange mound/bad cleaning supplies smell, very stagnant air without a window to open. The bathroom was poorly maintained. E.g holes, cracks, mound and dirt in shower/screen so the bathroom flooded with every shower, the shower head leaked cold water, toilet didn’t flush. We ran out of toilet paper everyday and had to buy our own. There were no amenities left at all, when we asked reception they were never sent up. The air conditioning was in a poor location to feel it in bed, with no fan air circulation was hard. The air conditioning leaked water, which my partner and I slipped over on many times. We were only given one room card which made it really tricky if my partner and I were coming back to room at different times. On the last day our friends recommended we ask for a second card so we could charge our tablets and batteries ready for a flight (we could only charge anything at night when we were in the room with the card to supply power). Noise in the room each night was terrible. We heard the going’s of everyone in the corridor outside our room every night. Most nights we were kept awake by a large rowdy group of drunk boys who were paying women’s company. This was very disturbing and unsettling to listen to. The wifi was shocking and we were unable to access most things we needed on the internet. Communication with family back home was hard. Breakfast was very very disappointing. Out of our group of 8 we were the only couple to pay extra to have breakfast buffet I included. We went down to the dining room every morning (no air con - very sweaty and uncomfortable) only to find a very dismal offering of warmish unknown foods. We were Hoping to find simple normal breakfast food - just as most other Australians visiting were. But only found curries, noodles, rice, soup and other strange dishes which is not like our culture at all to eat this time during the day. Perhaps if there were labels for the dishes we might have been more inclined to try them. Instead we had to find alternative cafes to each breakfast each morning paying etc. whenever we left each morning we were harassed by the hotels resodmet taxi guy who would shout at us, to the point we would order our own transport and walk to the next street. The hotel staff at the hotel were all lovely and friendly. Room service was very nice. But unfortunately we won’t be recommending this hotel to others or be staying again.

« Not bad but could be better »

The location was good. The breakfast was dismal (I ate out every day after the first morning despite paying in advance for the breakfast). I paid for a room with a balcony but was unlucky to get a centre room where the balcony is half bricked-in and substantially darker than neighbouring balconies. This makes the room a little glum and poorly-lit overall which was a disadvantage as I had to work from my room during the day.

Everything is ok except hotel room cannot prevent noise from club around those area. I have to take sleeping pills for my sleep. Next time, I will prepare ear plugs for my stays.

very helpful staffs, especially Made Gina from the sales as always, my room was troubled with the toilet and the aircon, but they fixed them straight away within minutes. my only disappointment was when i asked the reception for couple of bowls and cutleries at around midnight, he said he couldn't provide that as the restaurant was already closed. i mean, it's a basic request and any hotel should got it prepared. but overall, it was another pleasant stay!

No real complaints. Bathroom needs some plumbing maintenance. Water from the shower spurts out in every direction except down. The bufet breakfast is a real disaster. Coffee and tea only just warm. Why oh why cannot these beverages be made with really HOT water ???

« Moldy bathroom and low quality breakfast »

The room service was good but the rooms need a lift up. The bathroom was moldy and window curtain that divided the bathroom and bed had large stains. Breakfast was very low quality, flyes were on top of the food and fruit that was not covered. On my last day of breakfast I was told the cereal was going to be taken out later in the morning! They ended up taking it out for us because I asked.

« my hotel booking with breakfast was told no breakfast when I checked with the receiption »

the title tells the story. the staff even tried to check on computer and told me No. When I found that I did have breakfast, it was the last day already of my 3 days staying. I dont know why your system was like this.
