« Good budget hotel »

Generally a good budget hotel. Negatives - towels a grey colour and have stains, bathroom quite dirty looking or in need or a revamp, no mini fridge, obvious wear and tear of the rooms, pool very uninviting and in weird spot with not much sunlight, not enough pool lounges, hotel echos quite a lot so can be loud at night. Positives - easy check in and out, reception desk helpful, staff all nice and friendly. Good hotel if you are only sleeping there, however not for relaxing/chilling out

Dear Sir / Madam, The hotel is well situated and is lovely and quiet, reception is well manned and the staff very courteous. The lifts are good but require upgrading in the form of flooring and a general spruce up. The corridors leading to the rooms also require a flooring spruce up and the walls painted. The room 366 like the rest of the hotel is very tired and requires a complete makeover. The blinds have holes in them,the room needs painting, the floor needs re-tiling as does the bathroom. What shocked us the most was the all the Linen and towels, all need urgent replacing. The doona we had in the room was so stained with what, we don't know but it was shocking, the replacement one was not a great deal better.IBIS, the new company have a big job on their hands to lift the hotel back to a acceptable level in our opinion. The dining area was very good, the service excellent and the food of a reasonable variety and standard. The decking around the pool area needs replacing as a matter of urgency as walking on it a board broke and I nearly fell over. Externally the whole building needs patching and painting. Although the A/C works in the room the condition and look are very tired. With the above attended to, your hotel will no doubt be back to a very respected and successful hotel .

« Good but there us a room for improvement. »

The service was good. The room and bath room were a bit too small. There should have been more hangers and clothes hanging space. Also the desk was extremely small. The room was getting quite a bit of noise from the gallery/corridor, not sound proof. All the room service people and the guests sounds were constantly coming in. Also in the morning, the breakfast the coffee/tea was cold and near 9:30 the breakfast items were depleted and not replaced.

Hi i have stayed at this hotel when it was previously Fave hotel. I also have stayed a few times when it changed to Primera Hotel. I have lost count i think i have stayed at this hotel 8 times now. Over years i have stayed at this hotel i have seen a lot of good changes and improvements. The breakfast was a big improvement since last year. Although for me i am Australian the breakfast is more a Asian breakfast which i am not really into. On my pass stays i use to go elsewhere for my breakfast., On this stay i discovered away to make my breakfast more enjoyable at the hotel. I brought some nice rolls and they kept in the freezer and each day they took one out for me and i payed extra for the bacon. i feel that the bacon needs to improve a bit better but maybe i am fussy because i am Australian, I have found that the food menu has a lot more on offer to my previous stay and is a great price, On this stay i think i had tried almost everything on the menu and all was so yummy. The hotel has a exciting time ahead with the renovations that are taking place at the moment . I am looking forward to seeing the finished result. Throughout my stay i gave Sussy lots of ideas , On this holiday i fell sick on my Birthday 23 Nov on the 24th i was meant to carry on my holiday in Singapore which i have only been to once and i don'"t know anyone there. I had passed out in my room and screamed for help. Finally staff came to my rescue. The staff worked out that it was best to call for the doctor to see if the doctor thinks it was best for me to go to the hospital. Through a conversation with staff and the doctor they worked out that it was best for me to stay in my room. And organized a plan to keep an eye over me at the night time which is so lovely. The doctor said it was best i stay in Bali as it was not safe to fly to Singapore. If this happened to me in Singapore i would have been all on my own with no help and wouldn't have been looked after and i would have been all lonely. I have worked out that i dont need to go to any other countries or any other states in Australia. My holidays are best in Bali at Primera hotel as i feel very safe and get looked after better than a King would :-) Bali has everthing i need for a holiday. I love the location as I am gay so i know lots of the staff at mixwell and some at Bali Joe. I have a very good driver i use. I love waterfalls they my faviourte wished i could have one in Perth. I love massages and beaches. I dont need to stay at another hotel unless it is for a few days to get away from the hussle and bussle i would stay nusa dua . But anywehe in Seminyak my home is at primera hotel i wouldnt want to stay elsewhere as i get very unselttled being in a strange place. And why would i when i have my family at primera. My first stay was in the standard room looking out onto the busy noisy road. My second stay was the supior which was a bit better having the balcony to go out onto. I all ways Book the Junior suite room which was formally known as the Presidential suite.The reason i choose this room is because i love how it has a living room. with a comfortable couch a table to have dinner with friends when you want a night in. Also like the fridge. and it is great how you have the half bathroom so that your friends can use so they don''t go and use my bathroom. I am unsure of the costs but instead of giving the little bottles each day you could have 1 of those water fridges along your hallway which this room is your luxurious one and would be a added bonus. I also have suggested ideas to Sussy one ways to improve this room. I just wished there was a window open to let fresh air in. Also a door bell would be good as when you are in the bathroom you cant here if anyone knocking at the door. Now the bedroom i love the bed i wished i could have the same mattress in Perth as it is so comfy i have a sleep problem and i actually have better sleeps when i have stayed. I wished the room had chest of draws so you can put the things that you cant hang up ie sock ect. Also could do with some extra clothes hangers. Now the bathroom is my favorite place out of the whole room. It is so huge it is the size of a standard room. I love the bath i don't have a bath at home i spend every night soaking in the bath and in the mornings as well. I would be very sad if one day you decided to take the bath away :-(. I also have suggested ideas to Sussy on ways to improve the bathroom. I also love some days you do the towel sculptures. It makes me laugh and i never want to dismantle them as like to keep them as my pets :-) I loved my late birthday surprise was incredibly awesome it defntley cheered me up. House keeping do a wonderful each day. I hope it was OK. Throughout my stay i was speaking to a couple of the other guest about my room, And they didn't know it excited so i showed them the room and they really were impressed and they may thing of staying in the room on there next stay. Don''t worry i didn't tell them the price i paid. This has now come to my conclusion of my stay. I actually gone a little bit sad now as after writing this i miss you all wonderful staff which i have gotten to know over my stays which have become more like family to me, And i miss my awesome room really could do with a nice bath now. I also forget that i am not on holiday anymore and i come back to my room with my bed not made :-( I kind of wished i could live in junior room and work in Bali as there is so much stuff to do. I find Perth a bit boring. I know some of the stuff i wrote is not suitable to be published on other sites. I am not so good at writing. I give you permission to edit what i have wrote and if you can then send it back to me on my email i can then add it on to trip advisory and any other sites you recommend me to add to. As i know some people have wrote untrue reviews on trip advisory and want mine to be a good one so it can tell people to visit your hotel> Now i wrote a good review for you i wonder what review i get probably a bad one lol Keep up the good everyone and i look forward to seeing the new look from the renovations XXXXXX :-)

Very friendly and helpful staff. However they didn't always understand English that well. Aiu Adi and Emy were most fluent in English and nothing was too much for them. Widi was most competent in his understanding of Australian guests' needs and did his best to meet them. Unforunately the cooks were not that competent and guests didn't always get what they asked for. The quality of the food was poor by Australian standards. Room service was superb.

We booked superior double room with balcony. Due to the room was under renovation during our visit (soon will become Ibis Budget Style Seminyak), our room was upgraded to suite. I must say all the staffs (receptionist, manager, security guard, restaurant staffs, technician, housekeeping and bell boy) are very friendly, helpful and kind. I also was extremely satisfied with the facilities provided by the hotel and room condition (clean and tidy), the room was completed with everything that a hotel room supposed to have, strategic location of the hotel, i love Seminyak compare to Kuta. With the rate that i have to pay, what else i should say when i feel like been home during my stay at Primera Hotel Seminyak. Keep up the great. Definitely will choose to stay in Primera (Ibis Budget Style) for my next vacation to Bali.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years as it has changed hands. i understand that the building is under renovation in a sense but you can still keep the character of a place. Simple things like windows that open and having a welcome message in the room for the customer. I did appreciate the water in the hallway as i could filll my bottle up. Different indonesian music played over the speakers would be good. the welcome drink was excellent touch. The front desk service was excellent and i really appreciated their efforts.
