Bathrooms were shabby and unclean, no restocking of coffee and bottled water after first night, breakfast tables dirty and given dirty cutlery to use and had to wait 20 mins for a table. Breakfast supplies were low and most things had run out even though at middle of the time given. Fire alarm at 3am with no processes followed by staff who had no clue how to handle the situation. Those Guests whi decided to take it seriously were left outside on the streets and were treated as an inconvenience whilst those guests who decided to stay in their beds would have burned in a real emergency. Turned out someone was smoking in their room, but no apology and would not trust this hotel to handle a real fire situation. Total lack of training and incompetence that is unacceptable in a safety situation

« Hotel is OK, you accounting and post sales experience are problematic »

Not a lot of issues with the hotel stay itself (although there was some noise in the hotel room from the airconditioning etc.). However, I had to check out prematurely due to a customer cancellation. This has caused big problems. I did check out, and your staff told me I could not get a bill because there was a " panne informatique" To my surprise, I got the bill a week later, for the entire period I was supposed to stay there. (i.e. for five nights, whereas I only stayed three). I have called your hotel three times in the last week to get that corrected, and on each occassion I was told that someone was going to call me back. No-one ever did. As it is now, I have to arrange with American Express to appeal to the bill. The post-sales experience is very bad, the check out issue in itself is not good, but not calling back and having to put a lot of my time into getting the issue resolved does not reflect well on you or the Accor group.

Hotel appear under staffed and lacking investment. The floors in the room were unclean and coffe cups, water etc were not replaced each day. Breakfast was disorganised with dirty tables and cutlery offered and icing on the cake was a poorly handled fire alarm at 3am demonstrating lack of process or staff knowing what to do in real situation. Totally unacceptable

We were very well received in the morning and we were able to stow away our lugage till we came back from the city. Same on the last day, we were able to stow away our lugage after we checked out (as our train left in the afternoon)

« Weekend Paris »

We have had a nice stay in hotel MERCURE in St Ouen great welcome, nice accommodation and well located. Now we are planning a next weekend and we are dreaming of we cann't take are bikes with so we can visit Pais on bike.In that context we wonder of we easily can park bikes in the parking garage?

« Recently refurbished hotel »

The hotel was good, nicely refurbished and clean - nothing too fussy but comfortable. Restaurant was good, the worst thing was probably the other guests as they had a coach party in who all wanted to check in and eat at the same time. For the hotel itself it was all fine.

« For extension of one night, they do not apply the same day rate »

I have an company special rate. When I checked in, I asked to extend for one more night, but the room rate was higher-which was not mentioned. Furthermore, the room key was not extended when I mentioned it, the climate control system did not keep temperature (room was still cold at 10PM), and the TV was not French, not English, but something like Turkish-which I do not speak.

You write invoices that were not agreed with fees that were not agreed. You do not react to emails. You put on hold for 15 mins when trying to phone. Worst customer experience ever. Will never visit again.

« May be my last stay in an hotel from the Accor group »

I am (was) a frequent customer of the (ex) hôtel Manhattan (5 years - 2 nights a week in average). 1) I have suffered an inacceptable answer following a claim raised on 2015 (ref.CRM:08…) following cancellation (more than one month in advance) in Ibis Nice vieux Port and Ibis Menton centre. As a consequence I have decided not to use anymore hôtels from the Accor group; (ex)hôtel Manhattan used to be the last exception. 2) I have suffered several issues during recent stays in (ex) hôtel Manhattan, now Mercure Paris Saint-Ouen: a) inacceptable rise of the price during one stay (as a consequence of exhibitions in Paris) without any notice. b) combination of air conditioning failure + impossibility to open Windows during high temperature conditions. c) 2 last check-in lasted half an hour each as a consequence of request for room accepted in writing but not taken into account in practice (week 1) and booking cancellation by the hôtel without reason (week 2) + lack of training of the person at reception. d) error in the invoice sent by email + 1 reminder before receiving the correct one.

we recently stayed in the Mercure Hotel, St Ouen, Paris, not only were we very satisfied with everything at the hotel but we have to say a very special thankyou to the Management and staff, and a special thankyou to A.S. the duty manager during our stay. while driving to Milan from the hotel in Paris we realised that we had left our passports in the room safe, we contacted the hotel and they were very professional and honest and held our passports until we returned to collect them, not only did they do this but they also gave us a room for the night and car parking in their garage, Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou.

Terrible experience. Rooms were dirty, toilets were unclean, doors had holes in it. Overall, very unsanitary conditions.
