« Nice location that near to the office but breakfast is the same everyday. I think the hotel have to create new menu as well. I stayed there 5 days , I have to eat the same breakfast everyday. »

Baht room: shelf for in the bathroom is very sharp ( in the shower room) and I got blood because this shelf as well.

« Disappointing for a Mercure »

Overall impression: badly managed propertyOrdered taxi via reception and was ripped off by taxi driver; when I mentioned my disappointment to the hotel about this incident they initially only answered that they would always call the same taxi company and that they were not responsible. After talking to s.o. from management I was promised they would look into it - never got a reply.Tables in lobby so filthy in the morning that I did not dare to place my laptop on the table - comment from manager: we have not found the right product yet to clean the tables (in other words:" we couldn't care less"??). As a Platinum Accor customer I am just wondering how they came to call themselves Mercure.

A good business base with friendly staff located near the metro. Beds comfortable and rooms clean and functional. Not a 'wow' but a decent nights sleep nonetheless. Would benefit from better WIFI and higher quality towels in the bathroom.

Room - ok Bathroom - the tissues were not refilled on the second day. It took ages for the water to go out from the sink Restaurant (dinner) - nice service, good food Restaurant (breakfast) - on my last day - there were no plates, none of the tables was cleaned after other guests. Overall mess.

The hotel is neat and clean. We even got an upgrade, that was so awesome. Every morning, fresh towels and a clean bed. Only thing is that the parking lot doesn’t have surveillance camera nor in the halls. The parking lot is open also at night, so if something happens to your car they will not be responsible for it. Please do put an surveillance camera and a enter fence. But so far I do recommend the hotel! Metro is by foot and so are the grocery stores!

« Pretty room, horrible service and communication »

I had booked early arrival, they were not aware of this. which lead to me not being able to check in at 10.00 Am. Eventually I was able to check in at 11.30. I paid extra for a bottle of wine in the room, which was not present when we got there. I also paid for a room with a balcony with "a nice view' which ended up to be a balcony facing multiple high buildings and balconies which looked like a trash dump site. when I first left the hotel to go sightseeing I told the receptionist about the wine that wasn't there and he promised me it would be there when we came back. it wasn't there so I went back to the receptionist, that was now someone else who just started his shift, and he said I hadn't paid for the wine. So... I paid for the wine AGAIN and so i eventually double. this weekend was meant to be a surprise for my girl but turned out to be a disaster.

The room was a nice sized room, comfortable bed, hardwood floor, decent sized bathroom. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Very close to Stade de France and subway access was near the hotel. Parking for car under the hotel, available after check-in.

My stay from June 30th to July 1st was absolutely not worth recommending to anybody. Hotel was OK, but no more than that. I wouldn't even call it clean, as thre glasses stood on the floor in the hallway during my entire stay. Staff was careless, more interested in watching the football game than caring to their guest.
