Nice location, convenient, very nice hotel, brand new, very clean, nice bathrooms, good bed. Team has been nice and helpful. Breakfast was good with a room big enough, not crowded. A nice hotel overall.

« everything fine in term of room...but a pure mess in organisation for the breakfast and organisation!! »

See above: no available clean table for breakfast, with 12 tables free, but full of used materials and one person taking pits and bit from each of them, and coming back slowly again ....and you have never one table clearly available one by one!!! Departure: one person for 10 people waiting, invoices printed one by one in another room....

« Breakfast room and staff unacceptable for a 4* at 350€ a night »

Hôtel is very recent and in dry good condition. Sound proof is average and soundproof of toilet door directly in front of the bed is just ridiculous but the worse has been breakfast, 2 days in a row, staff is arguing at each other in front of customer. When you arrive about 15 tables empty but full of previous guests and nobody working in that. The buffet was in correct state. Many guest going around with plates trying to find a place to seat because of empty but dirty table but when you ask the waiter he respond ok clean with his hand ... and tell you it’s clean ... I have been in 1000s of hotel night and 100s in PARIS, I never saw that !

Beautiful new hotel in 17 Batignolles.Rooms were lovely even though one of them was on the small side. Service was excellent and very helpful. Away from the hustle and bustle but used uber to get to the attractions. Wouls recommend

To management of hotel & customer support. I have staued in the hopel for two nights 26-28 Sept. Room was clean & reception personel was polite & supportive. However i would like to report following incident that have occured during my stay at the hotel: On September 26 I have checked in at the hotel for two nights. Morning 27th Sept I lift my room & I left hanging in the rack inside cupboard following items: dark blue polo t-shirt with logo "Sibelco", black military pants mark "Vertex". In the evening 27th Sept around 7PM I have returned to the hotel & identified that clothes was taken from my room. Immediately this case was reported to reception with full description of circumstances & the items taken from my room. In the morning 27th Sept when I was living my room I have closed it & checked that it is closed. Also clothing that was left in the cupboard was hanging on the rack & not put in the cleaning bag. I rely that hotel management will pay attention to this incident, conduct proper investigation & my personal belongings will be returned or compensated. « Nice hotel with fresh rooms but we missed the French food option »

This hotel is fresh with nice bedrooms serviced by a great team. However, the diner food is far under the French standards and require to be urgently improved. that said, the location is perfect whatever it is for a family or a business trip, and there are plenty of nice restaurants around.

« Wasn’t the best choice unfortunately »

The cleanliness of the room was good however the room itself is a little dark and also I had a view directly to another building which means I had to keep the windows covered would curtains all the time. Also the breakfast was very poor in terms of selection and the ambience (lots of dirty tables; no decent coffee selection; no sandwich material besides one selection of ham and cheese...), the corridors have very specific unpleasant smell and the graffiti drawings on corridors’ walls is not also my taste. Lobby was nice.

« Very modern »

A very modern and clean hotel. We had a privilege room with a balcony high above the street so traffic noise wasn't a problem. The room was very clean but a little tight on space. There was a wardrobe without any decent shelving but one case fitted in. Another case makes the room tighter for space but it's just being picky I suppose. There is no restaurant in this hotel but the breakfast on offer is very good. It's about 2 miles from the Eiffel tower and is a nice walk passing the Arc de triomphe.

Friendly staff, hotel is modern and clean; however, room service needs immediate attention. Coffee rarely stocked, counters not wiped down, etc. Also, the AM breakfast wasn't edible. Eggs were watery, bacon and sausage were dangerously under-cooked.

« a nice mix of cosyness and nice aesthetics »

Staying in your hotel was a nice experience. The room had a cosy atmosphere combined with high aesthetics, a combination not always easy to achieve (as an architect/University professor of design I know that well) as modern/contemporary aesthetics tend to lack cosyness. The particular (privilege) room was on the 8th floor and apart from the view had enough space (as far as I've seen superior rooms were a bit on the narrow side and view is not that good in lower floors). The lobby, the island bar and the cafe/restaurant area were nice with good decoration and some interesting touches such as the plethora of table books on the bookselves to go through in your free time. There are two comments on the negative side: a) the staff, although literally polite and helpful were distinguished by a rather distant behaviour, a typical element in business chains... and b) when we asked to extend our stay for two more nights (the reservation was at first for 3 nights) we were offered a far higher price than the one offered for the first nights (300 instead of 130 Euros). I know of course that the prices go higher at the last minute, but there should be a different policy in case of extension of stay (with at least a reduced price if not the same as the one applied at first). Having a pleased customer who already stays in and asking him/her to pay 150% more for added nights is at least an attitude that suggests a lack of respect for the customer.
