Room was excellent, service was great, although, if the hotel can came up with better plans for their parking area, will be awesome. Overall, it was a nice place to stay at for yourself or with families.

I get upgrade room with accor voucher, so quite large room, with comfortable sofa, table also big screen led TV..... Comfort bed. Breakfast was a nice taste....

it was nice staying at your place. I really loved it. But there's a room for continuous improvement. 1) Lift out of order - one of the lif was out of order during my stay. I find it difficult to go up/down the hotel during peak hours. Perhaps your hotel wants to repair the lift faster to make the guest feels comfortable. 2) Hair dryer - I have to call a few times to remind the staff to send the hair dryer to my room. Come on, we are heading to the year 2020, every hotel room must have a hair dryer.
