first I was given a smoking room, it never happened before since I became a member. Second was that when I request the receipt during my check out the staff at the front desk said that he couldn't give it. He said it was not yet on their billing system and because it was 3 am in the morning. How come since I used online reservation and that was not my first time I check out early to catch a flight. He said the hotel will send the receipt by email but up to now I never receive it. I really need that receipt for my office so the hotel just give me a new problem.

I made a phone call to the hotel to ask if connecting rooms are available. The person who answered my phone said yes, and told me to write it on the special request upon my booking. So i did that, and on the D-Day i was told it's not available. With all excuses given. I got no options. I just agreed to the rooms the receptionist suggested. When I entered the room everything seemed fine. Until I sat down on the desk. And my bare feet felt the sticky thing on the floor. I don't know what that was but it was very gross. There was even few strands of hair and a lot of dust. I took a picture of it and wanted to call to report this to the receptionist, but my partner said to don't make it hard on the workers. He ended cleaned it up himself. And again, it was gross. The toilet sprayer pressure was sooooo low that I couldn't clean up properly. Please improve these. Other than that, things were pretty fine. Design was super modern and fresh. Room was not so big, but it wasn't suffocating either. Shower works fine. Bed was comfortable.

Almost perfect. About one mile from every major attraction (Masjid, Maimoom Palace, Bolu Meranti Cake Shop, Hindu temple, Lapangan Merdeka, Sun Plaza mall). Also has a coffeeshop (Warung Koffie Batavia) and excellent restaurant (Ubud) within 3 minutes walk. Only issue is with check-out process. Very slow checkout because hotel understaffs the front desk around 12pm. (July 2018)

I found difficult to call the hotel, never picked up. I know one of the management and talk via WA right after. The communication w/ the staff via wa for the hotel bookings was smooth. Pool service, breakfast service were great. The room is spacious for its level. Keep up the good service!

Booked for my holiday back to home town i choose ibis styles medan. Room was great with new design art contemporer different from another ibis styles i ever been. Great with swimming pool at 2nd floor. Good for family trip too. Checkin was smooth and thanks to Dini at the reception which happy to checking in me. Also Selamet help me with my luggage. Breakfast was good. Full recomended.

Front desk agent can be more helpful when guest check in after long flights. I did informed I want to redeem my points upon check in due to online booking wasn't able to do so and I made call earlier to reservation prior to check in and I was informed it's possible. Upon check in I informed the lady at reception and directly I was instructed to call accor online where I automatically feel stressful experience upon arrival.

the rooms are very clean with modern design, the bathroom equipment and toilletries is very good. but need to be added a doormat foot. breakfast is plenty of choice but the presentation of pokcoy vegetables is a bit overcooked. the friendliness of staff at ibis is very very friendly, excellent.
