I found difficult to call the hotel, never picked up. I know one of the management and talk via WA right after. The communication w/ the staff via wa for the hotel bookings was smooth. Pool service, breakfast service were great. The room is spacious for its level. Keep up the good service!

Booked for my holiday back to home town i choose ibis styles medan. Room was great with new design art contemporer different from another ibis styles i ever been. Great with swimming pool at 2nd floor. Good for family trip too. Checkin was smooth and thanks to Dini at the reception which happy to checking in me. Also Selamet help me with my luggage. Breakfast was good. Full recomended.

Front desk agent can be more helpful when guest check in after long flights. I did informed I want to redeem my points upon check in due to online booking wasn't able to do so and I made call earlier to reservation prior to check in and I was informed it's possible. Upon check in I informed the lady at reception and directly I was instructed to call accor online where I automatically feel stressful experience upon arrival.

the rooms are very clean with modern design, the bathroom equipment and toilletries is very good. but need to be added a doormat foot. breakfast is plenty of choice but the presentation of pokcoy vegetables is a bit overcooked. the friendliness of staff at ibis is very very friendly, excellent.

We had a good experience with the hotel and we consider to stay here next time in Medan. However, the management of the kitchen and breakfast buffet was not ok. The survey during the buffet was not very good as well as the temperature of the food. The restaurant has to tell several times sold out , even to fresh juices and pasta's. This is impossible for a good hotel/restaurant. We already complained to the management and they were "happy" to here , so they can improve the service.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. While not a 5 star hotel with alot of luxury amenities, all the basic needs were met and the hotel itself was in good working condition, stylish, new, modern. The main thing I remember about the hotel was that the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Every interaction with staff was positive .

+: room are spacious, best rate, large tv. -: housekeeping clean up the room without make up room sign put on, wallet and other personal belonging is being moved. At 1.20 am the maintenance bell the soor and inspect the window glass. Very annoying. Breakfast menu is taking too long to refill it again even still at 9.00am.

Cek in around 6 pm, only has 1 staff at the cek in desk at that time. And she ask me to wait while she handle 1 customers. And it seems my silver card of AccorHotels didn’t work properly. There is no Accor line at ibis styles in patimura medan. So suggest from me, if no line for AccorHotels card holder, it’s better put 2 staff at cek in desk, so we not wait for a long time.
