Excellent staff. Helpful during check-in and answering questions as to the places nearby. Helped to book Grab. Negative points are low water pressure and no hairdryer in the room. Buffet breakfast spread can be improved. Overall satisfied with the price I paid.

The staff at ibis Style Medan Pattimura are very helpful from check in to calling Grab. The hotel being new are quite pleasant to stay. The bad features in the room are the water pressure is low and no hairdryer. Overall, I am happy with my short stay at this hotel.

Everything was fine, staffs could be friendlier(front desk is exceptional), your real assets is the front desk agents, they gave an excellent services, always smiling and do all possible to assist me. Breakfast Buffet need an improvement, I've stayed at Mercure Medan early October and their breakfast spread are fabulous! No I'm not comparing Mercure with Ibis Styles but I think there is a room for an improvement. I enjoyed my breakfast buffet during my stay in Ibis Styles Malang before this.

I love this hotel, coz friendly staffs especially Duma, Dini, and Dicky at front office. Duma always give me an excellent services upon check in, My check in time around at 5+pm but room was not ready yet. She keep pushing housekeeping to get room ready less than 30 minutes... Anyway thanks to her, and I will come back again and reserved for 5 rooms

Check in and check out improved. Howevet, room has a kind of smell which I believe coming from stagnant water in the shower room. Experienced a day when all elevators not working and walked down from level 7.

overall was only satisfying. hotel design was good. staff was friendly, but i feel wasted to be an accor club member. 1. my room was near the lift, therefore noisy despite my request. 2. did my online check in but i practically have to wait for sometime in queue with non member guest for check in and check out. 3. welcome drink! i was not given a menu to choose from. i was given coffee that was being served in the breakfast buffet! why im fussing about all this, is because other Ibis around the world treat me special when im their member and try to fulfil my request but here its just depressing. but room condition and facilities are good. if not or the membership i wouldn't be choosing this hotel!

« Only 1 Ibis in Medan, no choice »

I think the price IDR 700k/night is expensive for standard room of 3 star hotel. By add 100K I will stay in Mercure Angkasa. No problem, at least I stayed 1 night and think this hotel is standard Ibis, not more. The breakfast, you will not see egg station, but you may have omelette by asking the waiter to make it. As long as you brave enough to ask it. This ibis must learn from Ibis Kemayoran, the best Ibis ever.
