« Quite happy and definitely value for money. »

The stay was quite pleasant. The staff members were really friendly. Rooms were quite spacious than an average hotel room of a similar category. The only thing that was not good was not getting a safe deposit box though it was published there on the brochure of the hotel placed in the room.

« Extremely rude female staff member with blonde hair was screaming at us »

Everything was great checking in. A really nice young gentleman was so helpful and friendly and made that experience great.. The rooms were lovely and breakfast was good. We paid for the carpark but when we were leaving a lady from reception with blonde hair came onto the road screaming at us, saying to go back to the hotel now! as we hadn't paid for our carpark...we had and they confirmed it later. She was so rude and continued to speak about us and give us dirty looks once back in the hotel. I travel a lot with work and have never experience anything so rude.

« Convenient, within a block of my friend's father's home. »

The room was very nice for two older ladies coming from USA and jet lagged. The breakfast was of good quality and generous. The hotel staff were wonderful and friendly. The location was a bit noisy with the construction beginning very early. My friend recommended the hotel early in our planning and we were both happy with the experience.

Everything was alright but my AC was not working. I had to sleep with the window open which by the morning was too loud to sleep in because of the ongoing work right outside. I told the front desk about this and he checked but I guess he didn't know what to do. I asked him to see if he can get this sorted for the second night. If not, then change my room. I was surprised that all I got was "Oh the technician checked it and said there's nothing wrong with it it just needs service but unfortunately tomorrow is a public holiday so we suggest you sleep with the window open." Now I understand it's all centrally controlled but the least he could've done was change the room. However, the girls in the morning were sweet and let me have a coffee even though it was past breakfast hours.

All good. Some problems with the taxi ride to the hotel because of the road being closed near the hotel. The room was very nice and the quality of the breakfast was good.

Good service in english. Hotel in good condition. Room 206 shower leaked badly onto floor due to sealant missing under sliding shower door (reported to reception). Odd why housekeeping not reported it?

Staff were friendly and very helpful, felt quite welcomed , room were tidy and very clean, the staff changed our bed sheet and cleaned our room which was impressive and to a high standard the only thing I would say is if they had slippers that would have been great but not a big issue. Parking would have been great without a charge. I would highly recommend the hotel I stayed for three nights to my friends and family Thank you.

The booking was misleading as it stated that the single room has the same 160cm wide bed as the double and the breakfast is complementary. We only noticed in the reservation confirmation contained one person instead of two, so we contacted the hotel central number, they said it won't be a problem and patched to the hotel straight where the receptionist (barely speaking English) said it isn't a problem to sleep two people in the room. Upon arrival it turned out that we need to pay extra 10EUR per night for the "complimentary" breakfast and they can't do anything as we booked and paid online.... Unfortunately, the breakfast was extremely limited (especially for 10 EUR), the hotel was understaffed (they've tried their best though), and we ended up paying as much as if we would have stayed closer to the city centre. The room was fair, but quite roughly re-done (bad quality craftsmanship, leaking shower door, weak water pressure).

« Nice and cosy hotel closed to Paris, but not easy to reach because of street works (temporary) »

My stay in this newly opened hotel was very good overall: small rooms, cosy, very well isolated rooms (quiet, even with a window on the street), nice bathroom, small but well organised lunch room, very good breakfast. I had a room on the basement. I initially fear about the noise but I did not had any problem at all. One negative point: due to important works at the train / metro station, part of the street where the hotel is located is closed. The GPS / waze bring you to the closed part of the street. You need to make a step back and take the street from the south part and the hotel is fully accessible. I regret that Accor hotel does not inform you about this (at the reservation, via email or SMS) because I lost 15 minutes with my car to find the hotel / entrance. There is no dedicated parking but I easily found some space in the street, almost in first of the hotel.

« Great hotel »

This hotel was very nice and rooms were large with of room to move around. I like the shower with real shower door instead of a half door. The hotel was right by the train station and very nice walk to the train station and the area is in a quiet neighborhood. I would recommend anyone to stay there.
