« It was fun. Nice place. »

It was a good experience. But the rooms were slightly smaller than I thought they would be. I felt like you could have charged me a little less for these kind of rooms. But overall it was all good. Very happy with service staff etc. maybe you need a few more golf Karts Coz I was stranded in rain a couple of times waiting but the kart never showed up.

We booked this hotel on a friend's recommendation. Loved the hotel beach, the Pool is amazing, the Landscaping is very well maintained, enjoyed the Buffet breakfast had a range of choices, Staff is very courteous & Room was really comfortable. Special thanks for my Birthday cake, which was delivered to my room just before midnight. We had a memorable stay. Thanks

It was decent trip. Nothing special. Right from check-in we had some issues which should have not occurred in the first place. Resolving them should have been simple but staff could not do it, something as simple as changing the room number in the system. This led to lot of confusion while dining and wifi and other services. I was there for my birthday and the hotel or the staff did not even try making it special. Other Accor hotels are far better in terms of hospitality.

Celebrated my fathers birthday at the Novotel Dona Slyvia. Took 4 rooms for 4 nights. The entire holiday was amazing. Your property is beautiful and your people are all very warm and sweet. Special mention of Mrs Gita your Duty Manager and your front office manager Mr Satbir Prabhu who are both really warm and made us feel at at home. They made sure our stay was amazing. Kudos to you and your beautiful team.

« Bad....very bad service except for very few staff »

The experience was awful. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the behaviour of few staff members especially the girl named Ankita who was on front desk. She was extremely non cooperative in resolving smallest issue like checking from her colleague about the paper I requested for print-out. In fact she preferred arguing and continuous argument even when I pointed out that she’s into hospitality industry and it mandates minimum behaviour norms. I never expected that such persons shall be deputed at d reception. In restaurant, on 12th, even by 8.15 AM, no one was there at fruits counter so no fruits in the breakfast. Even on pointing out and asking for it, no one was there to help. Staff was always busy in chit chatting within themselves. No hand towels were provided in my room. (Room No 202). Only exception were two persons, one who served us food in K&K restaurant and the girl on reception who wears square specs ( I forgot her name). These guys were very helpful and courteous. Rest everywhere I felt that we should not have come to this hotel.

Location was very good . Staff were exellent . Very helpful and polite. nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely room . I believe we were upgraded.. I would rate the Hotel as a 4 star and not a 3 star. Afgar the restaurant head waiter I believe was very attentive. We rally did enjoy the breakfasts.

Experience was very bad, I booked 2 rooms and exactly at 2:44 PM we were at the hotel but 1st room was allotted at 4:00 PM and second room at 5:00PM, it started raining at 7:30PM and water seeped inside the 1st floor room and at the same time telephone lines went down and hence couldn’t reach service desk for 2 hours, later I found some mobile no’s and tried to reach the front desk but got no reply and after 3 hours they came and cleaned the room, same day night there was power cut twice and again no service, in one of the room fridge was not working and no toiletries were kept, overall bad service, even after complaining there was no response, Resort is good but service is horrible

Property was excellent. Welcoming by the gate security was great and after that we had to find our own way. Check in took 40 mins and that too after repetitive follow up. Understandable that lot of guests were moving in and staff could not manage. The person who showed us the room did not explain a thing and just dropped the baggage and left. Buffet breakfast was excellent with lot of variety. I loved the property but staff service could have been better. Few of the staff faces were like they did not like the guests being there.

The ambience and the overall maintenance of the hotel were wonderful. The response of the staff at the hotel was very good, but no one responded to my emails about an airport transfer, when i called they asked me to email and ....... The Arabian Sea on one side and the beautiful pool on the other it was surreal. The brazillian food was yummy.
