« Your hotel is unsafe »

We were a group of 6 persons occupying three rooms. During our stay, my wife developed a generalized skin rash which moved to her face with risk of suffocation. It was 5:00 AM and I called the reception asking for hotel doctor's help. Because I am a doctor, I asked for a simple anti-allergy injection that is available everywhere. I was told that the doctor doesn't have any medicines available. He can only give a prescription and I should buy the medicine!!!! As it was 5:00 AM and I kept calling pharmacies myself without having any support from the front desk receptionist. I found no single pharmacy nearby opened, I had to call the ambulance and with some pushing , they could bring me the injection one hour later. When the paramedic arrived, I found that the door's lock is out of order and cannot be opened. Fortunately, the room was pool side with another door on the pool. If it was another room, I was going to watch my wife suffering with her saving medicine on the other side of the door !!!! The day before, As a frequent visitor to Cancun, I requested a complimentary late check out for the 3 rooms that I reserved. I was told that the hotel is full and that it is not possible. After the incidence, I was told it is ok if I need a late check out as long as I need !!!!!! And I was wandering where would the next guest stay !!! To sum my experience, this a hotel is unsafe for both guests and employees with a hotel doctor waddling in his white coat without medicines or tools to help his patients. The Maintainace is bad with doors that don't open specially during an emergency. Again, your staff lied to me and refused a late check out that was possible to give. NB; we left 30 minutes earlier because we felt very bad about every thing. I forgot to tell you that the bed covers were dirty and the open buffet was very poor and not worthy. I don't think that Cancun Ain Sokhna will be a possible vacation choice any time after this visit.

The rooms were good and the price was not expensive. The breakfast was good. The heated pool in the winter was excellent. There were no foreign tourists at all . I didn't see a night show or an animation team.

« All the family enjoyed, excellent service »

The hotel rooms are spacious, the heated swimming pool was great for the kids, animation team in the morning was amusing for kids and adults who wanted to make some stretching. But at night would be better to have other professional entertainment program rather than the same animation team who's almost doing everything and thier best to keep guests entertained. The beach is nice and wide. Staff are very very friendly and helpful.

_ There was a load music at night during the 2 nights I stayed, not taking into consideration the load noise disturbance caused to me and my children which damaged my stay & my vacation.
