« great spot, great design, great staff, old units and need maintainance »

Great spot on the Red Sea. We enjoyed our stay so much. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The Villas' design are amazing, I liked the privacy it gives so much. And the overall resort design is very good as well. The only thing is, everything was under maintenance and we didn't get to enjoy some recreational activities because of that. Lots of potential but it still needs improvements.

« Not as hoped. »

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool villa was very dirty even after being cleaned. When I arrived I complained that the villa was dirty and they cleaned but didn't do a thorough job. For example there was human feces smeared on the bathroom wall that was never cleaned. Simple things like water glasses and silverware had not bee stocked in the villa. Windows were dirty, etc. The private villa pool was lovely. The food was sub par. It was a disappointment because we had previously stayed in the family suite in the hotel and it was much cleaner. I'm not sure why the villas aren't being maintained as they would be very nice if kept up.

« Relaxing Vacation »

Everything was really satisfying from polite, helpful and smilling stuff to the cleanliness of the private pool, its my fourth time to be in cancun villa with private pool, and all food were really tasty and nice while some food was not hot enough but i can understand this is due to the occupancy in the holly month of ramadan, and i was satisfied with all food except the fruti di mari pizza which i ordered from room service and it didn't contain any shrimps at all while i used to love it alot and ordered it many times in my previous trips.

I had to cut my vacation and checkout starting with the villa was not clean and there was lots of ants ,but the reason that i had to leave is the villa next to me had three dogs and these dogs nearly attacked my friends and i know the policy that no animals allowed but i called the hotel they said they can't do anything as he is an owner and they got no authority on him so to prevent any accidents to my kids i had to checkout the good thing is the crew was good and helpfull but helpless with my situation

« not satisfing but as it was short stay i was not intending to ask for compensation »

as we took our room with an offer as we where attending a wedding at your hotel there a little negligence in some details even my room mo 3032 the door was not closing at all, not even with the lock, safe box was not working, i was not able to get hot water for showering, one big bottle of water for the pne night stay while we where two persons in the room, in room 3031 the refregirator was not working, in both rooms there where a lot of flies and a very awfull smell of Insecticide

All things are all right except there was a noisy voice arising from where I don't know starting at 4 am till 7 am I was in the 4th floor May be no body else complained of this before but it was very annoying for me specially when I asked and I found no definite answer and no response

The hotel is very nice , staff is friendly and helpful. Food was excellent , room was excellent also and clean. Pool was good. However the beach was bad and filled with rocks I couldn't stand for more than 5 minutes and left for the pool
