We were apprehensive at first as reviews were not at all glowing. Yo our relief the buffet breakfast was great. The quality and variety was great. Egg station had lovely pre ordered omelette etc brought to your table. Fruit was full of flavour. Salad was fresh and added extras like chia seed and freshly sliced avocado was appreciated. One criti is there is no view and actually feels closed in. Too much kiddy food like kid cereals and lolly toppings not a good touch for health conscious families. Natural museli was missing but gluten-free mixture was next best. Overall a great buffet and wonderful staff that can’t do enough for you. Special thankyou to Gloria for her professional manner.

Although the hotel is lovely, I do believe that it is way over priced in comparison to the many other hotels we have stayed at. I have paid the same price for an executive suite with canopies, drinks, breakfast included in the price and a much more luxurious room. You may need to take a look at more packages ect

This is a great hotel for families but as a couple wanting a relaxing week away, the number of children in the pool area throwing inflatable footballs and swamping the spa was probably not ideal. We still really enjoyed relaxing on the daybeds with our wine and burgers, so it wasn't a complete deal breaker. I would suggest that the hotel look at upgrading their room lounges however. We had a pull-out sofa in our room that was so uncomfortable we had to place our pillows on top of it to be able to use it. Otherwise, the frame of the couch would dig into our legs and we'd roll into the middle. The ceiling fan also needs a service as the clacking and clicking made it impossible to use at night. In the hotel's defense, we didn't raise either of these issues during our stay, and if not for this review, they'd be none the wiser. The staff were amazing though and I'm sure would have done all they could to rectify. We would definitely stay again, but probably with the grandkids next time.
