we enjoyed our stay in Ibis Umeda. the location was perfect, you can get anything you wanted to buy. the buffet also delicious even we only had little time since we late coming on BF.

The overall room is satisfactory, however there is a lot of dust. The carpet floor in the room is not clean. There were clumps of former guests' hair.

Nice experience during my stay. I travel with kid. It's easy to access to hotel. with escalator down to B1 floor direct to underground restaurants is quite convenience.

Had a great stay here. Room is small but we already expected this of Japanese hotels. We opted to book the hotel directly on Accor hotels website with membership rate and with free cancellation. We are a couple and chose the Standard Room with 2 single beds. If you compare, Standard room with 2 single beds is 18sq.m. as compared to 15sq.m. for Standard room with 1 double bed. Although of course the former will be a bit pricier than the latter room. As you can see in the photos, the two single beds are positioned next to each other. Direct basement access to Whity Umeda (lots of food and shopping options) and train stations is very convenient. Hotel check-in is earlier at 2pm and check-out is later than usual at 11am. Other hotels have 10am hotel check-out when compared. Luggage can be left at the concierge when you arrive earlier than the check-in time and also upon check-out if you wish to do some last minute sight-seeing before your flight home. There’s a water dispenser near the front desk. 7/11, Sukiya is just a few meters walk. And it’s near the Limousine bus at Hankyu Mall if going or coming from Kansai airport. Near Hep Five too.
