« Fabulous staying »

I like the executive lounge on the 57th floor . Staffs are super nice and helpful . The service beyonds my expectation.I believe that it credits to the good management. The service exceeds the quality standard of a luxury five star hotel but there’s some improvement needed . In my opinion, about the Vancouver grill I ordered the set menu . It splits to starter ,soup ,main and dessert. That should be served one by one but my experience wasn’t like that . It could be the culture different as I also saw this situation on the executive lounge as well. I’m not complaining something but hoping the fairmont hotel in the mainland China could provide a better experience to other guest from anywhere . Best regards Eason

« An extremely memorable atrium with nothing at the bottom »

My first time staying in any Fairmont, I like the hotel very much. I wish that as a guest on the club floor I was able to utilize the Club Floor amenity but alas I was not. The guest experience might benefit from more cleaning of the floor to ceiling glass double wall - twice the amount of stains to address! I regret not having stayed long enough to dine at the Vancouver Grill which I had toured on a previous visit (at which I was also unable to dine there)

I recently stayed in your hotel for two rounds. I like your room, service, and food. However there was some problems in your facilities in my room... During the second round of my stay, I found the steam iron in my room was leaking badly. It's already in the morning... I was lucky that I had a small backup iron in my baggage, otherwise I might be late for my meeting of that morning. I believe it's important that your team can check those facilities timely, and can detect this issue in advance.

Have stayed with you several times. However, the last two times were disappointing and concerning. Both times I endured a warm room no matter how low the thermostat was set. I had your people inspect the system but it seems possibly the cooling system is shut off at night. Rooms are too warm. But an alarming thing that happened to me was that someone walked past the outside window area twice during an afternoon. Luckily I had the sheer curtain down but this was a great intrusion of my privacy. If someone must walk past the windows for needed reasons, a phone call to each room should be made explaining what will occur. To have someone walk past a private room window anytime of the day is rightening for anyone!!!!! Very disappointed in the Fairmont.

Great service and many features. Spa and gym are real good. Rooms are setup at a high level of comfort. It takes just a little time to understand the lighting system. Very good the Chinese restaurant menu and the Vancouver grill. The only point is that food service at the bar 61st floor is slow due to priority given to the room service. Better to know it in advance... My overall rating is excellent. Thank you!
