Check in process in fast and handled nicely by your crew. Breakfast is comprehensive and staffs are attentive despite big crowd on Tusdays/Wednesday. Request for room near lobby and more drinking water was promptly answered. Check out was Swift and airport pick-ups is comfortable and on-time.

Room was clean and neatly decorated. Fitness facility was also top-notch; it has a good view and well-maintained. Breakfast room was also good. Everybody speaks English and coffee was made by fine barista. However, one minus point is elevators which were squeeking and wobbling constantly...

Was good. Spent a lot of time in the lounge. Good service and nice people. Improvement is to have breakfast in the lounge also open at 630 and not 700. That’s too late and now I took my breakfast on the 60 floor.

I booked the hotel via travel Agent whom claim as official online sales for Accor at FeiZhu(Ali travel). Not sure it’s Accor issue or Ali, the hotel tell me it’s not eligible stay so no any benefit just basic room as Accor platinum member.

I haven't been your hotel in the last 6 months. When I return last week, I was very disappointed on the house keeping and maintenance, as well as the restaurant cooking. The room getting older. You can see the bathroom tiles with black edge and dirt accumulating at the base. restaurant cooking was awful. menu has been been changed. The the staff check me out, he forgot to print mt my credit card bill.

1. There was a piece of long hair in one of the vegetable dish served in your Chinese restaurant. We point it out to your service lady. She didn't bring her manager or the cook to apologize for such ignorance while it is really unbelievable that this dish is served by a 5 Star hotel. Shame on Fairmont Nanjing. 2. During the breakfast, the service people withdraw an unfinished dish including the folks, cup, chop sticks when my boss went to pick up some other food. It seems like the service people doesn't really pay attention to the guests state. 3. The other gentleman in the breakfast restaurant asked my boss if he needs some other drink or tea after his cup was incidently withdrawn. My boss order the black tea, however, that break tea was never deliverred to the table even before we are leaving the restaurant. Are these people come to Fairmont for work on Day 1 ? They are really not professional but more like amature !
