Generally great. Except that when i requested for shower gel, i had to make 3 follow ups before it was delivered. Also upon check in, i was asked if i wanted a news paper the following day, i said yes and specified what news paper. Apparently it wasnt automatic as i had to call at 10am.

Overall it was nice staying at your hotel. But my comment is that your bell boy or security in front of the lobby are not that nice.. i ask them if i can park my car and check in at the lobby. Then i dont know if its a bell boy or security told me i will turn around and park before the entrance. And i go down to check in. But the other bellboy or security told me that is no parking there. And i told him your buddy just told me that i can park here. But he insist. And i told him okay. Can i park at your parking space underground? He told me just ask that guy. To end the story short. I feel that they dont need a customer. But when a foreigner comes there like wow they opened the door and show the proper way to greet a customer. But not mine. Another thing that i wanna comment is that your pool is too cold. My daughter feel cold for 5-10mins swimming. Thats all. All in all it was nice staying. And i would stay again and straight to the parking space underground. And one more thing. Nobody ask me to help me with my things im bringing my luggage ang bag of my daughter. Well.. its okay and i can manage that.

Received a welcome email prior to arrival asking me about time of check in and anything else i required. I replied requesting for a firm pillow. Received another email saying it will be done. Checked in on actual day and was again informed that firm pillow is ready. Went into room and realized there were no firm pillows but only the usual fluffy ones.

Service is great but felt the design of yr room is too dim and having to take out the electric kettle from the cabinet n to find a power point is quite a hassel. In additional , the washing basin in the tiolet is too shallow meaning filling up the kettle with tab water is quite a chalkange !

Everyone is friendly. Our room is nice. The shower is broken but the water pressure is good, so the water is all over the place. Good thing is there's a door in the shower. But the rest are great. Thank you for accommodating us. We'll definitely stay there again.
