All the staff, attended to our family of 26 very well. We had 11 rooms booked, and not one of us had a complaint.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and the ambience and cleanliness overall was excellent. Food was to a high standard and the whole break was very relaxing. I'm sure when the beach area is finished it will be the near perfect destination

« Hotel was great - leaving was a pain »

The hotel was lovely and the food was great. My family likes to explore and leaving the hotel was sub-optimal. There is no way to safely access the main road from the hotel without having to complete with traffic. I spoke tlwith the front desk crew twice and they said this is a common complaint and had been addressed to management multiple times...but management chooses not to act. Please put in a stairway so small children do not have to compete with inattentive drivers on the only way to get to the golden mile

« Great hotel, great location »

The staff was so friendly and professional. The hotel is located at the perfect spot on the Palm. It is at the trunk of the palm tree, so you get the experience of staying on the Palm without the congestion and traffic when traveling towards the leaves. The club level is a must! Great service and menu. The Golden hour cocktail time is a perfect way to start the evening and the staff there is amazing! Great experience all around!

« Made our dream holiday the best ever :) »

Absolutely fantastic! This was a very special holiday for us as this time last year I was going through treatment for breast cancer. On New Years Eve 2017 we made a pact that if I was ok we would be seeing 2019 in watching fireworks on a beach in Dubai. I booked our holiday with Emirates and they did not fail to deliver. Our accommodation was top notch at The Fairmont the Palm what a beautiful hotel. When we arrived our rooms were’nt ready and my little boy had been poorly - our rooms were upgraded so we could go straight to bed, such a kind gesture. The staff at the Fairmont are so attentive, nothing is too much trouble, every evening a knock to aee if we needed anything. Everything was brilliant the Gala Dinner on New Years Eve was fantastic. The food at the hotel was second to none, the Flow kitchen was always spilling over with lots of food choices, and Little Miss India was a favourite of ours too. The whole experience for us was amazing and what we needed after a traumatic 18 months, and made our little family celebration even more special, thank you - we had the best week imaginable making memories with my husband and beautiful children.

« Wonderful hotel and staff in a poor location »

I thought the hotel is up to a five star standard, the staff is competent and polite and agreeable. Room cleaned well and regularly, enough towels. The food at the breakfast buffet was good and plenty of choice. We had a New Year's Eve dinner at the Asian restaurant which was very plentiful and quite delicious. However, the fact that my 16 years old couldn't go to the adult pool means that she just didn't use the pools at all. The beach wasn't too crowded and you've done a fairly good job at keeping the works out of sight. Still, I didn't appreciate the location. It seems that the artificial island should be built upon until it sinks to the bottom of the sea! Why so many hotels, buildings etc.... ?? We decided to stay in Dubai for a few days because the children wanted to see the city. We mostly saw the Malls..... I am not likely to come back to Dubai but I will definitely consider staying at the Fairmont elsewhere as the service was very satisfactory. Thank you.

Noisy due to construction. I had called ahead of time and was advised by booking. Com that I could arrange for an additional bed to only be told on arrival this was not an option and had to spend an additional 1000$ US for another room. I am very unhappy about this and will never go to to the Fairmont or use Booking. Com.

« Very special holiday at Fairmont »

All the staff of the Fairmont the Palm is very friendly and helpful to all the guests. The hotel was beautiful decorated and had the special Christmas feel to it. What made it extra special was on Christmas morning each and every room had a Christmas stocking on the door. My kids really enjoyed the hotel facilities and the lifeguards are very helpful and polite. The Valet parking service is the most efficient I have experienced in the whole of Dubai and Abu Dhabi thanks so much. Thanks Fairmont for a wonderful experience

« A very poorley organized Fairmont hotel. Chaotic. »

I am a Fairmont Platinum member. This hotel is chaotic. The concierge service is very weak. The hotel pushes some kind of private car deal without informing hotel guests. A trip regulary costing 18.50 AED you will be charged 50 AED a simple scheme to rip off hotel guests run by the bell hops. When I complained I got a laugh. The room cleaning service leaves much to be desired. The bathrooms do not drain properly I had three room 425/427/431 all had the same problem. TV in room 427 did not work. For a hotel having construction on both sides it should do way way better. Tehre are many better choices of hotels in Dubai. Will not be staying or recommedning this place.
