The stay was very nice, good facilities in the house, Restaurant, everything very good. Only small dissapointment came at checkout, because first night had a different rate and price, as what was communicated. It was make not clear to me, why i had to pay 160 AED more than on the other nights, although i asked several times. But the Rest was nice

i am complayng since you charged me a no show charge of 254€ , despite the fact thatt I send you a message before. I had a booking for the GulfHost trade Fair, had to arrive there on monday 29th but was blocked in Italy due to heavy storm conditions: please verify the storms in Italy at that date! Despite my request not to charge , you debited my account for no show of 254€...not very pro; we are part of the Marmon-Berkshire Hathaway Cie from Warren Buffet , with +20,000 employees. lpease see wwhat you can do to rectify this? appreciate your efforts, thx.

Comments on 3 Staff. I am a Consultant Instructor with Glomacs & AZTech, and have been in the hotel for the past 3 weeks (Oct. 20 - Nov. 9). Staff Person, Najjar in the IT Dept. One of the best! Very proactive, very experienced and knowledgeable. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills (which I train in), great attitude, beaming smile and always wanting to help. A top 10 mark! And a credit to Fairmont! Nancy (House Keeping Staff for my Room 3023). Excellent and very efficient in her work! My Room was always first class. I met her personally and she was very warm, outgoing, and a delightful attitude! A pleasure to deal with! Maggie (Hotel Gym reception). Very warm and friendly with a great welcoming smile!

« Amazing short stay »

Upon arrival we were welcomed warmly and our suitcases were taken from us to transport to our room. We were checking in and given a smoking room and I explained that we were non smokers. They asked us to view the room first and see what we think. The room smelt slightly musky but the view was fabulous so we kept the same room and they put an ioniser in there so the smell was much better. Everyday we were greeted warmly at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The concierge were extremely helpful with ideas on what to do and places to visit. It is great the hotel has 2 pools one for sun rise and one for sun set which is perfect as the sun is moving around the high buildings. The lobby is beautiful and extremely picturesque. We would definitely return to the Fairmont.

Nice and clean hotel, the receptionist very helpful. The food very tasty and fresh. The suit very nice clean neat and relatable. All what you require for the night stay is available in the suit such as a mini bar tea coffee also an office for following your business.

I enjoy the stay in Fairmont Dubai but I have complain that they charge me for refreshments I didn't get and never touch the refreshment foods kept in my room even tea which is free I never drink only I use the water bottles in the room, but when I check the invoice to claim to my company I found (Red ball and Kit kat) added to my invoice which I didn't get, so this is for me not acceptable @ all from the hotel the team working on the ground should be careful to check the rooms. actually is my fault I didn't check the INV while check out as I trust the staff on the reception and keep invoices in my pocket without check the details.

I stayed at the hotel for over 2 months while waiting to relocate in Dubai with the family. I had, as such, a first hand experience in measuring the day in day out level of service and commitment provided by the entire crew of the hotel. It is not an easy thing to get the operation of such as a large hotel uniformly aligned on maintaining highest standards of customers experience but the management of the Fairmont in Dubai certainly reached this tour de force. I was very impressed by the quality delivered by the hotel in practically all departments and above all, by the high spirit displayed by the personel I met during these 2 months of my stay.
