The stay here at Fairmont Ajman was incredible! To being greeted with smiling faces as we entered the hotel to having phenomenal room service the hotel itself was amazing! The room we stayed in was huge, clean and just what is needed for a hotel room. The facilities inside the hotel were great also! It’s own private beach to its pool with access to the bar! All in all a great hotel and would recommend to anyone staying in the ajman area or planning on going to visit Dubai during the day.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic and would return without question which is my biggest compliment. Only one area that could be improved for me would be training the bar girls in "the cave bar " to the same standard as the staff at the poolside bar.

The hotel overall was very clean and beautifully kept. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The location on the beach was superb. The food was delicious I would really recommend the all inclusive option. There were a couple of issues that stopped me rating this hotel a 10: firstly the restaurant servers were very nice but you had to wait a long time for drinks especially at breakfast where we regularly waited a while for coffee to be served even once we had eaten; secondly the hotel was very busy (lots of children also which affected our relaxation) and the guests would get up early to reserve sun beds which is really frustrating because there very few or no sun beds left after breakfast when we headed to the pool, the pool staff tried to help with this but nonetheless the hotel should have some kind of policy in place to stop it happening; lastly the location can be an issue if you want to visit Dubai which I thought would be ok because the hotel offers a shuttle yet this was fully booked so we had to pay for taxis which were quite expensive (also be advised not to travel to Dubai in the morning or late afternoon as the traffic caused the taxi journey to be 1.5 hours rather than 30 minutes). Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return for a relaxing holiday.

Fairmont was ok. however, we couldn't feel the sense of 5 stars hotel when we visited. they should work on the variety of food and taste in the Buffet. also, the water in the shower took so long to get hot.

This was an anniversary trip, so the availability of flowers on arrival and the general presentation of the room were very welcome. Just a couple of items that were slightly annoying. One was a particular guest by the pool bar who seemed to think it was fine to play his own music on a portable speaker - and sing along. Would have been nice if one of the staff had politely dealt with this. And from the pool bar local water was not available - it was clearly stocked but we were told that this was only for guests on inclusive packages. We had to pay rather more for a bottle of Italian water, flown in a some considerable expense and with the associated environmental impacts!

Experience was ok, but I had for the first time a bad experience using Accord app/web. Final price (without extras) become slightly different from what shown during reservation porcess, even final confirmation mail was ok. This is not acceptable from my point of view, specially for business travellers travelling 80% of the time.

The hotel is totally let down by the management team . Lack of control of local guests from the local area ! Lack of service & willingness to provide services as promised in the contract!! Failure to embrace the all inclusive system in the Turkish restaurant. If it wasn’t for the restaurant & pool staff ie Mr Kazim & Dilan it would of been a very dismal two weeks ! We have been coming to Dubai for the last 13 years twice a year & this is certainly NOT the service we have come to expect. We certainly would not recommend the Fairmonts chain

Fantastic room with great view. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The spa was wonderful. The only downside was the limited 'all inclusive' meal and drinks arrangements. We found it embarassing and limiting to be given a separate menu, or told what we were allowed to order. Most of the time we told them to forget about the all inclusive and that we would just pay the normal price as it was humiliating in front of other guests. I would rather not have had this option if I had known it was so limiting
