Pretty good hotel with few exclusions: Always long queues on the reception; Accommodated in lower-grade room than booked; Baby crib provided the next day only; Cleaning of the room is average; Didn't get breakfast take away on the departure date, ordered in advance

« Good but next time i will choose another place to stay. »

Strange situation with sunbeds and towels on the beach. People reserve sunbeds with their things early at the morning, so it looks like Olympic games, who wake up earlier ((( The hotel is nice, beautiful rooms, friendly stuff, but not enough comfort for quiet and calm holidays.

Very friendly and accommodating, I stayed for 24 nights to evaluate the hotel for longer stays and was very happy. The few minor issues that did arise during that extended stay were resolved immediately thanks to the Management and staff.

Italian food and breakfast excellent. Your housekeepers Abdulah and Ganga were efficient and considerate, the towel sculptures were a lovely touch. The only thing we could have had more of was tea bags, sugar and milk. Reception very efficient and helpful. Beach staff helpful and efficient and the lifeguards were always alert but liked conversation.

Having stayed at this hotel before I returned for another visit. The hotel is lovely, the staff at the restaurants and bars were also very accommodating. The disappointment was that the air conditioning did not work on the first night in our room. I would expect that in a hotel of this standard that would not be the case. We reported this to reception who resolved the issue so that it worked on our 2nd night. As we were only staying 2 nights this meant that half of our stay we had very little sleep. The basic wifi was very poor (kept cutting out) we paid to upgrade to premium wifi which did not work at all. We reported this to reception who assured us if would be fixed when we returned to our room, after a day at the pool. We returned and it was not fixed, we called reception who said they would send an engineer within 10 minutes, 40 minutes later we called again and then waited 1 hour in total for an engineer. He connected the wifi then within minutes of him leaving it cut out again. After another 45 minute wait and 4 calls to reception the engineer returned and had to fit another router in the room. All in all this disrupted our evening and should not be the case. The only gesture of goodwill we were offered for the inconvenience was to not be charged for the premium wifi ( which we would not have paid regardless as did not get the service we were sold), we were also given late check out which we had requested at the beginning of our trip anyway. Overall this issue disrupted what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend and we found the staff reluctant to help and quite rude about the issue. On checking out, the member of staff did not ask how our stay was. When we asked for a feedback form to complete we were handed a blank sheet or paper and a pencil. The hotel itself was lovely as were the F&B outlets and staff. The front of staff let down our experience and for that reason we would be reluctant to stay again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

« As expected - 4th year staying with you »

This is our 4th year staying at the Ajman Fairmont. Improvements have been made in recent years in some areas Children Play area; Aqua Bounce. what was disappointing was no Halloween. previous years staff/hotel made an effort and themed dining. This was not available. Friday Brunch was always a treat we enjoyed but this has not been offered for the last 2 years. Staff are brilliant.

We returned to the Fairmont Ajman after staying here a year ago and things are even better than they were last time. There is more to do now that the outside restaurant and water play area in the sea are open and a few changes inside regarding restaurants and bars.
