I loved staying at your hotel. Everything was amazing from the customer service to the food and the comfortable beds. Your customer service is a whole another level! I loved the warmth that I felt from every employee that I dealt with in the concierge, housekeeping, valet and food service. My only two complaints would be the following: The rooms are far too dark - the rooms need to be updated in general with better fixtures and devices (a nespresso machine please)

It was a good experience but there were a few hiccups with the room itself. Firstly, the lighting in the room was inadequate, making the room feel a bit gloomy. Secondly, the shower faucet for the bathtub was leaking as was the faucet in the toilet. It would also help if there was a charging point for mobiles near the bed. Other than the above, the hotel was fantastic, the staff were courteous and helpful and the service was good.

Generally, everything was fine, you Staff Are Amazing, and your Breakfast is one the bests. But I Should Mention a massive issue in Room Light control system that does not allow Guest to use bathroom Light if the main light switch goes off, and if we put the main switch on, there is no way to turn off the hidden light in the ceiling Plaster. Another thing was the size of the TV that is Frustratingly small!

We used a 36 staycation package which included breakfast, brunch and lunch (great value and offer). However it was disappointing that we needed to review the bill twice in detail during our stay for supplement charges that were clearly added (more than 400 AED had to be removed). Other than that it was a lovely stay and relaxing weekend away from Dubai, great facilities and amazing room.

The hospitality of the staff was really amazing, specially Mr Suraj in fairmont gold helped us to be comfortable all the time during our stay.
