« A wonderful hotel with fantastic beach and pools »

Staff, food, beach, pools, bars, were great. Room was very clean and comfy. However, wifi was not as good as the hotel was.

« good trip away with girlfriends »

very good stay, we stayed in a fairmont gold room which was very good. Our friends stayed in the Vista Suite which was not very good. They complained and got upgraded and were handled very well. Loungers get taken very quickly and it is difficult to get a sunbed. Excellent trip apart from this. Would recommend the gold experience.

« Excellent Say »

Wonderful Hotel & people. The only problem was there was a wedding at the hotel that started at 12 midnight the first night we were there, We had just arrived after travelling 24 hours and wanted to sleep. It was very noisy and we were sleep until after 4am. Would have been nice to have been advised or offered another room for that evening that was on the other side for that evening. Many people complained with no compensation.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the buffet restaurant as the choice was not good for our taste the tables were not cleared there were not enough staff and it was very hot.

« Needs remodeling »

The room furniture was scratched and the chairs had burning marks in addition to stains on the curtains. I believe the rooms are in a very bad condition and furniture needs to be replaced and rooms need to be remodeled. Fairmont is always my hotel when I go to abu dhabi but I believe this will be the last time. Rooms are starting to feel old and dirty. Manager apologized and offered another room and some sort of settlement. But it took time and I was late almost 20 minutes for my meeting.

The service at this hotel was first class we did Fairmont Gold on the seventh floor of the hotel and it was excellent. We were taken care of by Lesley at breakfast and we cannot praise her enough.

« Good experience for rooms, brunch and pool, breakfast was very poor »

Although we had booked the package for a 12:00 check in and late check out at 18:00 with brunch, the room was not ready on time and we had to leave our bags. Brunch was excellent, the room was excellent the pool although very busy was also good. Breakfast was very bad even for a cheap hotel, 15 minute wait for a table, when shown to a table it hadn’t been cleared of dirty dishes, when the dishes were cleared the table still had spills from the previous guest, I had to find some cutlery and napkins, the staff seemed overworked and stressed. When getting food, it was poor quality, the dishes were not filled, all the fresh juice containers were empty and I was not offered tea or coffee. It was one of the worst breakfast experiences I have had in a hotel

« Amazing stay! »

i stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed to the max! The room was spaceous and the bed very comfy! I had the best sleep since months.... The pool and beach area was very clean and relaxing! Arina and all the FO-Team were so kind, friendly and helpful by anytime! I will come back soon :) keep it up!!

We only stayed a day and a night, but you could tell it was a well run hotel. The room was lovely, Plenty of space. Enjoyed a pizza round the pool, staff very good. Would love to stay in this hotel again.
