« Restful, cared for and rested »

As above but your staff are exemplary, they made us feel really special. Abiola the pool man was so helpful and a great sense of humour as was Bettina in the dining room and Steve too, nothing was too much trouble and Soosh our room attendant was so helpful .the best to last, the beautiful Diana on the front desk, what a beautiful, serene, professional lady. We will definitely be back

« Lovely welcome at beautiful Fairmont hotel »

All staff were very welcoming and attentive. Restaurants were spacious and had lovely food and experienced staff/waiters, service and food choice was excellent. Good housekeeping also. Would love to return to this hotel.

It was not bad The cleaning of room was perfect but they don’t provide you with enough soaps and tools for bath!!! I find it so bad I called the concierge a day prior to my leave and the lady apoke to me was so so so rude ! Not enabling me to talk freely and was not helpful at all when i asked about the possibility of having a car rent today! Shw was speaking rudly on phone unfortunately which i find it the worst thing i have ever fave in any hotel around the world When checking out the receptionist embaressed me with so many mistakes made by him! He told me that i had breakfast in my room with three persons and didn’t pay ! While i was there alone and staying by myselfand was sleeping at that morning’ it was a great mistake and lie to steal me! Another thing is that he added an international phone call made from my room’s phone wbile i have never used the phone except for calling the reception counted times during the whole stay! Such mistakes made me have a bad idea about Fairmont hotel and i wrote so many reviews about these behavior i faced in my bad stay , and since i am a bahraini tv presenter and a social media blogger and influncer my followers and fans agreed with me and had a bad inpression about this hotel especially exaggerated by not recieving any infos about my loyalty membership which i asked for it more than 4 times during the whole stay! And at the end when i got it the receptionist wrote my name and title wrongly on the card and i noticed it when i was leaving! I wish you put my points in mind and consideration and take an urgent action for what happend and you are most welcome and feel free to ask for any more details by me i’ll happily help you with it with a caring heart! « First time in the Emirates, Great stay! »

Beautiful room; polite, courteous and efficient staff; magnificent pool; great beach area; good food; hotel well maintained. The only thing is that I was a bit disappointed to not have a room in a quieter area (was close to reception), and also to not have been offered an upgrade; however, I suppose the hotel was a a bit full at that time of the year.... :)

Very noisy on occasions, particularly Indian wedding celebrating until 3.30a Also noise from the Sports club which is open until 2.00am This meant we had several sleepless nights Having said that the Hotel is excellent and all of the staff superb. We arrived a day late because of engine problem so we missed one day We paid 771 Dirhams and I think this should have been refunded

I had an excellent stay at Fairmoint Abu Dhabi, only one day, the floor in front of the bathroom was not cleaned (by accident I dropped by make-up powder and it was laying on the floor, still was laying there in the evening when I came back to my room). Besides of that, I had a great experience and will be happy to come back to Fairmoint Abu Dhabi end of Feb 2018.

Disappointed as I arrived late and very tired and it was like they had gave away my room that my travel agent had made for me as the room was booked to have a river view. I was told on arrival that I had been up graded to a bigger room which I didn’t need as I was traveling alone and with being so tired I did nothing and went to the room and went to bed but in the morning when I opened the curtains I got a view of a car park and it took all the next day to change my room so over all a bad proformance.
