« My experience at Raffles was a delight, with excellent customer service, and beautiful accomodations. »

Overall, treated like a special guest, with excellent service. My only comment contradictory to this would be regarding my final morning, when my breakfast did not arrive at my room. I was told that somehow the order was never received by the staff, when it was clearly left on the door, and collected by the overnight staff. It was unfortunate, but I understand that these things happen

The location, the overall facilty, the food, the service was impeccable except for the part that I got locked inside the bathroom because of the latch malfunction. Thankfully it was I who got locked in & not our 4 year old son... that would have been horrible & a totally different story! The staff was very apologetic for the incident & even sent us wine, unfortunately we are not fond of wines.

It gives us pleasure whenever our efforts are appreciated and recognized by our guests. On the other hand, I am sorry if you feel that you have been overcharged. May we ask which item/s you felt were charged inaccurately so we may review and adjust if necessary? We have noted your comment regarding the unavailability of a smoking area in the bar and pool area. A new law or Executive Order has been issued by the government and we are only allowed to have one designated smoking area and our designated smoking area is located at Fairmont driveway area. As much as we would like to have a smoking area outside Long Bar and the Pool area, we are obliged to follow the law of the Philippines. Most notable experience during my stay was the superb service at Mireio where I had my daily breakfast and arranged for a family dinner gathering. Staff service is second to none (note: I've stayed at ALL the 5 star hotels in Makati and Pasay areas), providing what I call a non-perfunctory attitude (its just a job). I suggest you bottle the staff training for your Mireio staff and let your other departments drink from it. Your reception team provides excellent service - I like the desk style reception that provides a more welcoming aura as compared to your typical counter "you the customer and me the reception person" separation. Housekeeping kept my room spotless - although they need to be more attention to details at the corridors (I saw a newspaper bag on the floor for 2 days that wasn't picked up). Overall impression: 9.8 our to a perfect 10

My experience during my stay in Raffles Makati was good. From the time we check in the concierge was pleasant, the attendant for check in was accommodating, the bellboy who assisted us was very articulate and approachable. They were able to answer all our queries. over all services was great. I was just kinda sad because I wasn't able to try the pool. maybe next time with my family. But to some it all, Services wise, people wise, food they're all perfect.

Service was impeccable! We had to change rooms because the phones were not working in the first one, but the warmth of each and every staff member we met more than made up for it. Stayed in an apartment, surprised to know that the rooms are cleaned every 3 days, so does the linen. I raised my concern to the staff, they cleaned and fixed the beddings everyday. I'm very appreciative on it.

Service from valet to bell to restaurants and front desk is impeccable. Room is good sized dated, furnitures are free of scuffs or any visible markings of wear and tear, clean and sparkling. Bathroom is luxurious and beautiful, towels and sheets are all new and smelled clean. Food is excellent, drinks and desserts were very good. I usually stay at luxury hotels, Regency, Grand, BW, ect., and this is one of the best so far. Lobby is small.

The noise coming from people talking as well as doors closing should not be happening in a hotel like ours. Please rest assured that we will look into ways of how we can improve this moving forward. Further to your review, I am saddened that cold towel and refreshing drinks were not offered to you upon arrival as this is part of our warm welcome to all our guests.
