We celebrated our daughter's 11th birthday at the hotel and we were glad we booked at Raffles. The pool at the 9th floor is spectacular and the staff of the hotel are all accomodating. We will surely stay again at Raffle's Makati.

Room wise, Raffles had the most spacious and beautiful junior suite. Nice and amazing swimming pools. If you like working out despite being on holidays, Raffles gym was big with full of modern equipments. Staff were extremely friendly and courteous. Can’t really fault anything about this hotel, our stay was just AMAZEBALLS

My room had severe water damage around the lights in the bathroom, leading to cracks and pieces of the ceiling actually missing. This was most concerning as a person traveling alone having open ceiling in the bathroom is uncomfortable. I also realized that I had been given a smoking room, I am allergic to smoke and have this in my profile that I need a non smoking room. I stay at this hotel several(4-6) times a year this should be well known. I was also a little disappointed that after all this, I had to firmly ask to have my room moved, and I received no apology from the management.

I was upgraded from Fairmont Makati to Raffles Makati, knew of it only upon arrival, it was a pleasant surprise! The service of all Raffles Makati staff is worthy of a 6-star hotel. The Junior Suite in Raffles Makati is huge, with all the amenities required. It was definitely a luxurious stay for me, albeit a short one. Thank you Raffles Makati for the excellent service!

We arrived early in the morning before our room was ready but it was no problem to book in, leave our bags and a taxi was called for us as we had an appointment to attend. We had booked a junior suite package but when we returned in the afternoon, we had been upgraded to an executive suite. The suite was very spacious and quite simply, amazing. The butler showed us around the suite and was available for any of our whims if so desired. We had the included afternoon tea in Writers bar which was good - only real criticism being no clotted cream with the scones, only whipped. We arrived downstairs for the included evening cocktails which flowed freely from 6 to 8pm. We had thought about going out to eat but instead stayed in the Long Bar having more cocktails/wine and then ordered food to be brought up to our suite late on. We had our food at the dining table whilst finishing our drinks. The bed was comfortable and we both had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was good with a choice from the continental buffet and the a la carte menu. We then relaxed back in the suite and had a swim. With a late checkout arranged we did not feel rushed and had a lovely morning/early afternoon. We checked out but as we had a Sunday Buffet lunch booked at Mireio Restaurant we left our bags at reception and continued to the restaurant. We had been once before just for the Sunday Buffet lunch and it did not disappoint again this time - great selection of top quality food and the drinks flight is a must! After a leisurely lunch we went back to the pool for a short swim and a snooze. We returned to reception around 6pm where we paid for our stay and a taxi was booked for us to return home. Overall this was a very satisfying, leisurely and pleasurable weekend. The staff as expected were all very professional, friendly and a credit to Raffles. As mentioned previously, my only 'beef' was that there was no clotted cream for the scones, but I'm sure I can live with that as everything else was flawless. Certainly would come to Raffles Makati again and would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in Makati, or simply like us, have a lovely weekend away.

Raffles Makati a BIG THANK YOU! A day before our wedding we got a terrible news that the hotel where we booked (2) suites for our pre-wedding preparations cannot extend a suite for us for our honeymoon, despite personally signifying our request a month before our big day. In distressed, I opened a booking site and searched for a hotel that can offer us a suite the next day. Fortunately, Raffles Makati then still has an available junior suite which I booked right away. After receiving the confirmation email for the said booking, I immediately made a call to Raffles Makati to ensure our room. I informed the very accommodating staff who took my call that the room will be used for a honeymoon. I also requested if they could set up the room conducive for that momentous event which the staff delightedly taken note of. Fast forward, when we checked-in we were warmly welcomed and greeted by the Front Desk staff and got us surprised when she told us that instead of getting the junior suite we booked, we were actually upgraded to an executive suite. Sweet treat!!! I only requested for our room to be set up for a honeymoon but Raffles Makati went an extra miles and got us an upgrade! On top of that, since we checked-in late that night, we were upfront offered a late check-out time. The thoughtful gestures made us forget the nightmare we had with a different hotel, allowed us to relax comfortably and enjoy our 1st night as newlywed couple! Thank you very much, Raffles Makati! From the momemt we arrived the hotel staff were amazing. The best customer service we have ever seen and we have stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the world. It was our 10 year wedding anniversary and they made us a cake and sent a bittle of wine to the room. I cant say enough good things about Raffles Makita. Thank you so much for looking after us

This is my second time at Raffles Hotel and my stay has been consistently perfect. Nantes was a perfect butler and the rest of the staff were courteous and pleasant. « Apart from the loud noise from the restaurant terrace, I enjoyed my stay at the Raffles. »

The first night at the Raffles I had to wear ear plugs in order not to hear the music from Mireio (I was in room 1005). The second night I did not hear the music at all. The third night (a Friday night) was quite terrible. The music was so loud I could hear it through my earplugs. I called the front desk (I could not seem to get through to the butler that evening) and they turned the music down a little and then a little bit later turned the music back up. I called the front desk to see if they could do anything further. I then called the front desk again at 12:30 am as I was informed that the terrace closed at 12 am yet the music was still going. This time the music was turned off. The loss of sleep was pretty miserable. When I stay at a Raffles I expect to get a good nights sleep. And I don't feel like I should have to wear earplugs. Apart from this loss of sleep, I found the room to be very spacious, the staff to be very friendly and most of the time they were very competent. When I first checked in our baggage was not sent up. The butler then said he would make sure it was sent up. An hour later I gave up and decided to go to the lobby myself to check on my luggage. I assumed that staff were busy and just hadn't gotten to it yet. I found my suitcases next to the bell hop who didn't seem to know I was waiting on my luggage. I liked the breakfast buffet options and found the food to be of good quality. The breakfast staff were all very friendly and competent. Room service options were good. I loved the be linen (I'm obsessed with a good night's sleep and nice linens help) and the short stories left at turn down. Bathroom amenities were good. Some of the living room furniture could use a touch up (lots of scratches), but otherwise were nice and comfortable.

The Butler and bellboy were so courteous and so generous! they really made my son's graduation celebration a memorable one. The only person I noticed that wasn't courteous was the lifeguard that was on duty on the afternoon of May 18, 2018. We didn't know that kids can only swim on the kiddie pool if they have no companion even if they were wearing floaters. I understand that it is a safety precaution and I like that. I guess I'm just not use to seeing/talking to a frowning and uncourteous staff

Nice hotel. Great service - very friendly and attentive staff. Nice gym open all the time. Good food. Could use a few more touches I would expect. Air conditioner in room stopped working on last night which was disappointing. Strange smells in bathroom and closet area perhaps coming from plumbing and drains on floor. Turn down service was very nice - even provided ice and fruit and dessert bites in room. Chocolates would have been better though. Time to replace the rugs on the floor, a little outdated.

I was pleasantly surprised when I was informed at the Fairmont Makati check-in that I am to be upgraded; little did I know it was at Raffles Suite. The standard and the guest experiences that I received was impeccable. And, I will return to my future stay at Fairmont / Raffles Makati in my next business / or leisure trips. I would like to put up a commendation to a service staff at Spectrum, morning shift, Mr. Ian, who has taken care of my / and my management's needs during our breakfast meal there. Well done !
