Great service as usual. Pool was too hot to swim in, but I guess there's not much you can do about that. I was in R308 and slipped going down the stairs. The bottom step by the landing between Floor 2 and 1 creates an optical illusion. It merges into the landing. Look at the rim of the stair and you will see a number of scratches where obviously others had slipped.

excellent service, although room service sometimes entered without knocking or ringing. They also tended to leave the room open with nobody inside and nobody around when they had not completed servicing the room. Could be a security problem.

For two weeks in April 2019 I stayed at the Raffles in Phenom Penh, Cambodia. The staff was gracious, professional, friendly, and made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I have several food allergies, to include celiac disease which requires a gluten free diet. Upon check in, the staff took extra care to ensure my allergy information was logged into the hotel system and they notified the dining staff. Further, they were knowledgeable about what a gluten free diet entailed and even what other allergies often go along with celiac disease. Every morning when I arrived at the restaurant for breakfast they greeted me by name and ensured I had a custom gluten free meal. Not only did this meet my diet restrictions, it was delicious and healthy! In all my extensive travels I have never had such wonderful and accommodating service, especially the support for my food/health situation. Special thanks to the entire staff at the Raffles! I look forward to my next visit!
